随着GPS技术的飞速进步和应用普及,它在测量中的作用已越来越重要。当前,利用多基站网络RTK技术建立的连续运行卫星定位服务综合系统已成为城市GPS应用的发展热点之一。 传统GPS RTK测量模式是建立在测区内有高等级GPS点或国家大地点的基础上,通过频繁的架设基准站来逐步发展下级控制点或导线点,从而完成整个区域内的测量工作。在某些条件比较苛刻或者国家点破坏比较严重的地区就比较困难了。CORS系统下用RTK作业则提供了一个全新的模式,它能在测区无已知控制点的情况下建立这个测区的起算基准,同时只要测量条件满足RTK作业需要,误差是不会积累的,精度也不会降低。这无疑是对传统测量模式的巨大变革。其主要优势体现在:1)改进了初始化时间、扩大了有效工作的范围;2)采用连续基站,用户随时可以观测,使用方便,提高了工作效率;3)拥有完善的数据监控系统,可以有效地消除系统误差和周跳,增强差分作业的可靠性;4)用户不需架设参考站,真正实现单机作业,减少了费用;5)使用固定可靠的数据链通讯方式,减少了噪声干扰;6)提供远程INTERNET服务,实现了数据的共享;7)扩大了GPS在动态领域的应用范围,更有利于车辆、飞机和船舶的精密导航;8)为建设数字化城市提供了新的契机。 本文的完成取得了如下成果: 1.介绍了差分GPS原理及差分技术,并对CORS建站的三种主流技术(VRS、FKP、主辅站技术)做了详细的介绍分析,为CORS系统的建设提供了理论指导。 2.详细分析研究了JSCORS建站的整体设计及各个子系统建设应该考虑的因素,并深入就JSCORS建设的各个方面做了阐述。 3.利用实测数据对JSCORS系统性能进行测试,分别从定位服务时效性测试、单点定位精度测试、动态精度测试、内外符合精度测试入手,检验JSCORS系统为RTK用户提供服务的整体性能。 4.利用JSCORS为RTK用户实时提供的精密差分信息,进行江苏油田的管线探测工作,提高工作效率的同时并取得很好成效; 5.对JSCORS下RTK作业误差进行了深入的分析,尤其是对坐标转换误差的分析,更是从多方面提出了许多创新的观点,从多方面多角度分析误差产生的原因。

With the rapid progress and wide use of GPS technology ,it has become increasingly important role in measurement. At present, use multi-base station network RTK technology to set up Continuous operational Satellite Service integrate system has become one of the hot spots of City GPS Application development.Traditional GPS RTK measurement mode are based on the district have high-grade GPS points or country Geodetic points, through frequently set up base station to develop lower control points or wire points, and thus complete the entire survey region.This have difficult in Harsh conditions or in some regions which country points have serious damage.Using RTK operate under CORS system provides a new model, it can set up the circumstances baseline at the survey area have no control point, at the same time as long as the measurement conditions can meet the need of the RTK operation, errors are not accumulate and accuracy will not reduce.This is undoubte the great changes to traditional measurement.Its main advantages embodied in: 1) improved initialization time, and expand the effective work scope ; 2) Using continuous base station, users can observe at any time, easy to use, improve the working efficiency; 3) a comprehensive data monitoring system can effectively eliminate the systematic errors and cycle slips, and enhance the reliability of differential operation; 4) users do not need to set up reference station, really achieve single operation, reducing costs; 5)using fixed-reliable data link communication, decreasing noise interference; 6)provide remote INTERNET services and realize data sharing; 7)expand the application of GPS in dynamic field, and is more conducive to vehicles, aircraft and ship's precision navigation; 8) it provides a new opportunities for the construction of Digital City. This article finished following the outcomes: 1.Introduce the principle of differential GPS and its technology, and detail analysis three main CORS technology (VRS, FKP,MAC) it offer a theoretical guidance for the construction of CORS system. 2.Detail analysis the overall design of JSCORS and the construction of sub-systems should be taken into account, and depth described all aspects of JSCORS construction. 3.Use the measured data to test JSCORS system’s property, location-based services test, single point positioning accuracy test, dynamic accuracy test, inside and outside accuracy test, test the overall property of JSCORS system to provide RTK users services. 4.Use real-time precise differential information provided by JSCORS for RTK user to do Jiangsu Oilfield pipeline detection work, it improve the efficiency and achieved good effect 5.Deeply analysis the RTK error under JSCORS, especially for the error of coordinate transformation, and put forward a number of innovative points, analysis causes of error from Multi-angle and many aspects
