摘要 当下建筑施工行业对于项目安全的重视程度不断提升，但是现阶段安全管理方面缺乏有效的衡量标准，项目的安全管理将陷入盲目，故必须有与建筑施工项目更为配套的评价体系和评价方法来解决这个问题。 本文对建筑项目安全管理评价方面的相关内容进行了总结，并且对当下安全管理评价环节的不足之处进行了分析，特别是在评价方法应用上面，由此分析了常见的各种评价方法，进行了优缺点分析，最后确定了以德尔菲法、层次分析法、灰色关联度法的综合评价方法。然后在对建筑行业分析的基础上提出了建筑项目管理风险评价指标体系，该指标体系包括安全技术管理、设备管理、资质与人员管理、管理规章制度以及项目安全状况在内的5个一级指标和18个二级指标，在相关研究的基础上设定了权重调查问卷表，对相关数据进行了分析，并且采用层次分析法的方式探索了各个指标因素的影响状况。随之设计了18个指标的风险评价调查问卷，并进行了问卷调查和数据统计分析，然后根据调查结果，结合灰色关联度法建立了项目安全综合评价模型。 最终以宫园观邸DK-9地块建设项目为例进行了安全管理评价的应用，通过上述三种方法的应用得出了最终评价结果为中等风险，然后根据评价过程和结果进行了分析，并对建筑施工项目安全管理提升建议。本文的评价方法、评价指标体系、评价模型以及最终的评价结论可以为其他类似项目安全管理评价提供参考。

ABSTRACT Now the construction project more and more attention to the safety management and safety management, but if there is not an effective measure of safety management of the project will fall into blindness, so it must be with the building construction project for supporting the evaluation system and evaluation method to solve this problem. In the summary of the current safety management of construction project evaluation based on the analysis of the existing problems of safety management evaluation, especially in the application of the above evaluation methods, it analyzes all kinds of common evaluation methods, advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed, finally determined using the Delphi method and AHP comprehensive evaluation method, grey evaluation method methods. Based on the analysis of the construction industry and put forward the construction project management risk evaluation index system, the index system by the qualification and personnel management, management system, safety management, equipment management, project safety situation of 5 indexes and 18 level two indexes, and then design a questionnaire for statistical weight. Analysis of the questionnaire data, finally according to AHP, the weight of each factor in the index system of calculation. Then, the author designs 18 indexes of the risk assessment questionnaire, and carries on the questionnaire survey and the data statistics analysis. Then, according to the survey results, combined with the gray correlation degree method, the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of project safety. The mansion DK-9 block construction project as an example of the application of safety management evaluation, through the application of these three methods to draw the final evaluation results for moderate risk, and then analyzed according to the evaluation process and results, and the construction project safety management improvement suggestions. In this paper, the evaluation method, evaluation index system, evaluation model and the final evaluation results can provide reference for other similar management safety management evaluation.
