为贯彻艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约、反对奢侈浪费的方针,对于党政机关办公用房的建设,国家政府多次制定了相关标准。相关标准规定了各级工作人员的办公室使用面积。并且,大多数非机关独立办公用房亦是趋向小型化、简约化。与此同时,辐射供冷空调方式是现行研究的热点。在办公室的人员绝大多数时候是坐着的,少些时候是站着的。这两种状态下人员与竖直壁面的直接辐射换热面积,比与顶板和地板的直接辐射换热面积大,并且小型办公室的竖直墙面面积是大于地板和顶板的。故对此类简约的小型办公室采用竖直壁面辐射供冷为背景、将独立新风直接送至工作区的新型复合空调。 本文针对一个位于西安的简约单人办公室,采用传统的对流换热空调和以竖直壁面辐射供冷为背景、将独立新风直接送至工作区的新型复合空调,建立了符合实际的办公室物理几何模型。采用重整化群RNG k-ε两方程湍流模型,利用软件fluent对两种空调方式条件下办公室的室内空调环境进行了数值模拟研究。对比分析了两种空调方式下的室内温度场和气流速度场,并且分析了室内办公人员前后左右的热舒适情况。 模拟结果表明:①传统空调供冷所需要的风量大,进而造成室内速度场容易引起吹风感,而辐射供冷复合空调则可以克服这一缺点;②传统空调设计,力求室内气流场均匀、温度场均匀,使得新风与旧风充分混合,则造成人员所呼吸进入体内的空气不再新鲜。而本文中的辐射供冷复合空调是将独立新风直接送至人员呼吸区,使得呼吸的空气更加新鲜;③辐射供冷复合空调中,新风承担的冷负荷很少,绝大部分是靠辐射面所承担,辐射面辐射供冷提供的冷量起着主要作用。④通过改变排风口的位置优化空调,可发现排风口布置于热区上方,有利于室内得热量的排除,进而减小空调承担的冷负荷。 通过相关资料及对复合空调的单人办公室的数值模拟研究,可以发现,在良好的设计条件下,以竖直壁面辐射供冷为背景、将独立新风直接送至工作区的新型复合空调系统优于传统的对流换热空调系统,是一种较好的空调方式,可为简约的小型办公室建立舒适的室内空调环境。

To advocate saving and to oppose extravagance and waste, for the construction of office of the party and government, national government has repeatedly made the related standards. Relevant standard specifies the usable office area of Staff at all levels. And, most of the independent non-government office occupancy is toward miniaturization and simplification. At the same time, the radiant cooling air conditioning is a hotspot of current research. For the majority of the time the staff in the office is sitting, less time is standing. The area of the direct radiation heat transfer between the staff in these two states and the vertical wall, is larger than area of the direct radiation heat transfer between the staff in these two states and the floor (ceiling). In addition, the vertical wall area is greater than the floor and roof in small office. So the small office will use the new composite air conditioning that adopt vertical wall radiant cooling as the background and directly sent isolated outdoor air to the work place. A single office located in Xi’an in this paper adopts two kinds of air conditioning, one uses traditional air conditioning mainly by convection heat transfer, the other uses the new composite air conditioning that adopt vertical wall radiant cooling as the background and directly sent independent fresh air to the work place. Physical and geometrical model is established. Renormalization group k-ε turbulence model is used, and the software fluent is used to do the numerical simulation of office indoor air conditioning environment in the two air conditioning systems. indoor temperature field, air velocity field and thermal comfort around the office staff are be compared and analyzed in the two air conditioning systems. Simulation results show: ①Air volume of traditional air conditioning is large, which cause indoor velocity field easily made blowing feeling. However, Radiant cooling composite air conditioning can overcome the shortcomings. ②Traditional air conditioning design, try my best to make indoor airflow field and temperature field uniform, and let the fresh air mixed with indoor old air fully. So that caused the air by breathing no longer is fresh. However, Radiant cooling composite air conditioning in this paper, it directly sends the fresh air to the breathing zone, which makes the indoor staff can breathe more fresh air.③In radiant cooling composite air conditioning, the fresh air supply little cooling load, most of cooling load is supplied by the vertical radiation wall, and radiant cooling of cold radiating surface plays a major role.④By changing the position of air outlet to optimize air conditioning, it is found that layout of air outlet placed on top of hot space is help of removing indoor heat gain,thus reducing the cooling load of air conditioning. Related data and the numerical simulation study of a single office with radiant cooling composite air conditioning show, under the condition of good design, the new composite air conditioning that adopt vertical wall radiant cooling as the background and directly sent isolated outdoor air to the work place is better than traditional air conditioning mainly by convection heat transfer, it is a better way of air conditioning, and can create comfortable indoor air environment for the simplify small office.
