随着工业生产的发展,设备现代化水平的提高,煤矿机电设备在煤矿企业生产中的作用与影响日益扩大。如何管理好这些设备,降低设备维修费用,提高设备的可靠性,延长设备使用寿命是现代化煤矿机电设备管理面临的一项重要研究课题。
本文以某矿业有限公司机电设备管理系统为背景,在对其设备管理业务流程进行详细调研的基础上,结合现代设备管理的先进理论,研究了煤矿机电设备健康管理系统的关键技术,设计并实现了煤矿机电设备健康管理系统。
首先,本文研究了面向煤矿机电设备健康管理的系统理论。根据设备管理现状和用户需求建立了煤矿机电设备健康管理系统的功能模型,设计了煤矿机电设备健康管理系统的体系框架。
其次, 从煤矿机电设备维修和健康管理的角度出发,探讨了煤矿机电设备点检管理理论,研究了以点检数据为基础,基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的设备健康趋势预测方法。
然后,分析了煤矿机电设备管理现存的问题,并应用BPR流程优化理论对系统主要流程进行了优化。运用jBPM工作流程管理框架定义了煤矿机电设备健康管理的主要流程,实现了基于jPDL的煤矿机电设备健康管理系统流程优化。
最后,对系统的数据库进行了设计,包括工作流管理框架运行数据库和系统运行数据库。研究了煤矿机电设备健康管理系统所使用的软件架构技术,详细设计了系统J2EE框架。按照系统层次结构对系统进行分析,编程实现系统的各个功能模块,搭建了系统的运行环境并对系统进行了验证。
系统实现了设备的前期管理、设备运行管理、设备维修管理、设备租赁管理和设备后期管理等功能。该系统在矿区局域网内进行了安装和测试,运行稳定正常,切实有效地改变了设备信息孤岛等诸多问题,用户普遍反映良好。

With the development of industrial production and the raising level of modern equipment, coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment have a growing role and influence in coal mining enterprises production. How to manage these equipment, reducing equipment maintenance cost, improving equipment reliability of the equipment and prolonging service life ,is an important research subject which modern coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment management facing.
Taking a mining Co., LTD mechanical & electrical equipment management system for background, on the base of investigating its equipment management business process , combining modern equipment management theory, researching the key technology of coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment health management system, designed and implemented coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment health management system.
First, this paper studied the mechanical & electrical equipment for coal mine health management system theory. According to equipment management current situation and users’ demand, established coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment health management system function model, designed the coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment health management system framework.
Secondly, from coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance and health management point of view, discussed the theory of coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment point inspection, and researched equipment health trend forecast method which based on the LS-SVM and data of point inspection.
Then, the paper analyzed the existing problems of coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment management, and optimized system mainly process by BPR process optimization theory. Used jBPM workflow management framework, defined the main coal mine equipment health management process, and realized coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment management system process optimization based on jPDL.
Finally, designed the system's database, including workflow management framework database and the system operating database. Studied coal mine mechanical & electrical equipment management system software architecture technology and detailed designed system J2EE framework .Analied the system according to hierarchical structure , programmed each function module of the system, Constructed the operation of the system environment, and the system was verified.
The system realizes early management of equipment, operation management of equipment, maintenance management of equipment, leasehold management of equipment and late management of equipment. The system was installed and tested in the LAN of mining area, working stablely and normaly, effectively changing the equipment information silos and many other issues, the user generally well received.
