设备管理是企业管理的重要内容,设备长期稳定的无故障工作是企业进行经济效益考核的关键性因素。本文在充分分析研究我国煤矿设备点检制度和分析象山矿设备管理存在问题的基础上,建立了以点检定修为核心,体现TPM思想的象山矿机环双检制,取得了较好的管理效果。
在论文中,首先根据目前国内和国外的设备维修管理现状,针对象山矿设备管理中存在的问题,分析原因,为优化和改进管理奠定基础;接着研究点检定修和TPM管理思想,建立以点检定修为核心,体现TPM思想的象山矿机环双检制;同时探讨PDCA循环理论在优化象山矿设备管理业务流程,实现自底向上的循环渐进式的流程优化,进一步完善机环双检制在象山矿中的应用;最后,对煤矿企业设备点检制实现信息化智能化的理论基础,信息化建设及实施步骤进行研究。分析采用信息化智能化技术手段建立煤矿设备点检系统必要性,并以矿上的电力监控及防越级跳闸系统的信息化、智能化改造为例,对系统的组成模块和系统功能进行分析。
本项目已在象山矿广泛应用,并获得了一定的实际效益。

The important content of business administration is an equipment management. Equipment to run for Long-term stabilization and trouble-free is the key factor of business economic benefits. Based on a thorough study of the coal mine equipment management system in our country and analyzing the existing problems of Xiangshan mine equipment management, it is established the machine ring double-check system of Xiangshan mine with TPM by the core ideas of the repaired through spot-inspection. And it achieved a good management effect.
Firstly, considering the present situation of domestic and foreign equipment repair management, analyze the problems of Xiangshan mine equipment management to lay the foundation for the optimization and improvement of management. Secondly, research the idea of the repaired through spot-inspection and TPM to established the machine ring double-check system of Xiangshan mine which has the core ideas of the repaired through spot-inspection and TPM. At the same time explore the PDCA cycle theory in the optimization of Xiangshan mine equipment management business process to achieve the bottom-up gradual process optimization, and further improve the application of machine ring double check system in Xiangshan mine. Finally, research the theoretical basis, information construction and implementation steps of the informatization and intelligentialize of coal mine equipment management system. Analyze the necessity of the use of information technology to establish intelligent mine equipment management system. Informationization, intelligent transformation and the power monitoring of the mine and anti grade trip system id as an example to analyze the function and the modules of system.
The project has been applied widely in Xiangshan mine, and obtained the actual benefit.
