防爆柴油车辆在煤矿井下的应用越来越广泛,已成为煤矿辅助运输的重要工具。但是煤矿井下瓦斯、煤尘等易燃易爆危险因素的存在,井下柴油车必须进行防爆处理并加装安全监控系统。安全监控系统不仅可以保障煤矿井下柴油车安全运行,还能间接提高煤炭辅助运输的效率。本论文主要在防爆柴油车安全监控系统设计方面完成以下工作:
在分析防爆柴油车在煤矿井下工作时发生危险的因素基础上,确定了防爆柴油车辆安全监控系统功能要求;进行了安全监控系统整体方案设计,通过车速传感器、发动机机体表面温度传感器、尾气温度传感器、机油压力传感器、瓦斯浓度传感器等10路传感器实时采集防爆柴油车各物理参数信号并通过显示模块在线显示,如果参数超标,驱动声光报警模块,通过继电器驱动电磁阀控制柴油机降速或停机的功能;完成硬件选型及各模块电路设计,包括控制核心处理器PCM-3370、数据采集卡PCM3718HO的确定,温度、压力、瓦斯浓度、车速等传感器选型及检测电路的设计,声光报警电路的设计,控制执行模块电路的设计等;采用VB语言编写了相应程序,主要包括传感器读写程序、AD转换程序、数据处理程序、实时显示程序、声光报警程序、控制执行程序等;在模拟条件下进行系统功能测试。
通过模拟实验结果表明安全监控系统能够实现柴油车物理参数的监测,数据显示,报警和控制响应的功能,设计方案是合理可行的。

The application of explosion-proof diesel in the coal mine is more and more widely has been an important subsidiary transport tool. But due to the mashgas, coal dust and other flammable and explosive substances will be accumulated in coal mine, has danger of explosion, so the diesel vehicle must be explosion-proof processed and install a safety monitoring system. Safety monitoring and controlling system not only guarantee the safe operation of underground diesel vehicle, but also indirectly improve the efficiency of coal transportation. This thesis mainly in the aspect of explosion-proof diesel safety monitoring system design to complete the following work:
Analysis the factors of danger when the explosion-proof diesel vehicle work in coal mine, then put forward the design scheme; conduct the integral design scheme of safety monitoring and controlling system, acquires the physical parameters information of the explosion-proof diesel vehicle through the speed sensor, engine surface temperature sensors, exhaust gas temperature sensor, engine oil pressure sensor, mashgas concentration sensor and then display online via the display module. If the parameters exceed the standard , then drive the sound and light alarm module, the lower computer achieve the function to speed down or stop the machine; Complete hardware the selection and the circuit design of each module, including the control core processor PCM - 3370 and data acquisition card PCM3718HO, the selection and circuit design of temperature, pressure, mashgas concentration, speed sensor module, display and alarm module, executable module and so on; Complete preparation of the corresponding program. Mainly include the sensor reading and writing program, AD conversion program, data processing program, real-time display program, sound and light alarm procedure, control execution program; do the function test under the condition of simulating system.
The simulation experiment results show that the safety monitoring system can realize diesel physical parameter monitoring, data display, alarm and control of the response function, the design scheme is feasible.
