输配电系统是电力系统的重要组成部分,输配电网分析软件在电网的规划、运行和研究中有广泛的应用,能够实现对输配电系统的计算、分析和仿真,是推动电力系统发展的重要工具。传统的电网分析软件存在数据模型不统一、通信接口不规范的不足,因此,建立一个开放的交互式输配电网分析平台对提高输配电系统安全、优质、经济运行有至关重要的作用。 国际电工委员会制定的IEC61970标准定义了统一的电力系统公共信息模型(CIM)和访问CIM模型及其数据的组件接口规范(CIS),为解决不同厂家的应用系统的互联互通和实现异构环境下软件产品的“即插即用”提供了依据,保证了输配电网分析平台的可维护性、可扩展性和开放性。 文中首先研究了公共信息模型的特点,分析了CIM对象模型与关系式数据库表的异同,给出了面向对象模型到关系式数据模型的映射机制,完成了对象模型在关系数据库SQL Server 2008和内存数据库FastDB中的映射。其次,基于工厂方法模式的设计思想,设计实现了数据库的标准“增、删、改、查”访问接口,以及SQL Server数据库与FastDB数据库之间的同步组件。最后,设计了一个原型系统,在Visual Studio 2013集成环境下,用C#语言编制了软件原型程序,通过实际系统对原型程序进行测试,验证了输配电网分析平台服务器中CIM映射机制和数据库访问接口的正确性和可行性。

Transmission and distribution system is an important part of power system.Analysis software of transmission and distribution system have a wide range of applications in the power grid planning,operation and research.It can make simulation,calculation and simulation on transmission and distribution system,and is an important tool in promoting the development of power system.Analysis software of transmission and distribution system has shortcomings ,such as a unified data model,communication interface short of specification.So it has a vital role on transmission and distribution system safety, high quality and economic operation to build an open interactive transmission and distribution network analysis platform. International Electrotechnical Commission set IEC61970 standard including the Common Information Model (CIM) and the Component Interface Specifications (CIS).It provides the basis for solving different manufacturer application system connectivity and achieving software "plug and play" in heterogeneous environment.And it ensures maintainability, extensibility and openness to the transmission and distribution network analysis platform. In this paper, we first study the characteristics of Common Information Model,Analyze the differences between CIM object model and relational database tables,give the mapping mechanism from object-oriented model to relation data model,complete the object model mapping in a relational database SQL Server 2008 and memory database FastDB.Secondly, we design and realize the database standard access interface of“Add Delete Update Select”and the synchronous component between SQL Server database and FastDB database ,based on the design idea of Factory Method.Finally,we design a prototype system and write a software prototype program using C# language in Visual Studio 2013 integration environment,test the prototype program through the actual system,validate the validity and feasibility of CIM mapping mechanism and database access interface based on transmission and distribution network analysis platform.
