国际上,个人金融业务逐渐成为商业银行实现盈利的重要渠道。在我国,随着改革开放的不断深入,人们的生活得到极大的改善,个人储蓄盈余增长,高净值人士的总数及拥有的财富总量在快速增长,居民个人理财需求日益旺盛,个人理财行业潜力巨大,前景看好,蕴含着巨大的市场价值,成为各金融机构“兵家必争”之地。发展个人理财业务,无疑已成为商业银行提升竞争力,提高综合收入水平和利润的主要方向之一。A银行作为一家地方性商业银行,个人理财业务起步较晚。有鉴于此,本文在分析了国内外银行个人理财业务发展现状与趋势的基础上,借鉴国内外理财业务经验,结合国内外第三方理财的经营理念,探索A银行个人理财业务的发展战略,旨在为A银行个人理财业务的快速发展提供借鉴。同时本课题的研究,对地方性商业银行个人理财业务的发展能够提供有益的探索和帮助,具有一定的借鉴意义。本文主要工作与成果如下: (1)全面评述了国内外个人理财业务。通过研究发现,国外商业银行早已将个人理财作为零售银行业务的重要组成部分,产品、服务、操作和管理已相对成熟;同时,新的个人理财业务模式正在替代传统个人理财业务,并成为市场发展的潮流。而在国内,个人理财业务近年来不断升温,但与国际先进相比,还有不少差距。 (2)深入分析了A银行个人理财业务现状、存在的问题与发展前景。通过分析发现,A银行个人理财业务发展目前还处于初级阶段,需要在管理、营销、产品、定价、人才、技术等方面不断完善。然而,随着A银行发展理念的更新与改革力度的加大,其个人理财业务前景光明。 (3)提炼了A银行个人理财业务发展战略目标与重点任务。通过研究,提出了“打造国际标准的、在当地市场具有较强竞争力的财富管理机构,使财富管理业务成为A银行稳定客户资源,不断开拓市场,提高差异化和核心竞争力的突破口,成为A银行新的业务增长点,开辟A银行发展的‘新的蓝海’”的发展战略目标。提出了树立“以客户为中心”的服务理念以及细分市场、选择目标客户和产品定位等重点任务。 (4)提出了确保A银行个人理财业务可持续发展的保障措施。即提出了“理念创新、服务创新、产品创新、科技创新、人才培育与客户培育”等重要保障措施。

Personal finance business has gradually become the important channel for international commercial bank to get profit. In our country with the deepening of the reform and opening up, people's lives and personal savings have been greatly improved, and also are the number of high net worth individuals and their wealth. Personal finance industry has great potential market value, and the commercial bank has made it as the important way to increase the income and profit level. As a local commercial bank, A Bank is late in personal finance business. Based on the analysis of present situation and development trend about the domestic and foreign bank individual financing business, the text draws lessons and explores development strategy for A Bank to increase individual financing business companied with the third party finance business philosophy. At the same time the text can be helpful for the local commercial bank to explore personal finance business. The main work and results of the article are as follows: (1)Reviewing the personal financial management business at home and abroad. Foreign commercial banks have look on personal finance as the important component of the retail banking business,and the products, services, operations, and management have been relatively mature;At the same time new personal finance business models are alternatives to traditional personal finance business, and become the market development trend. In our country Personal finance business grows in recent years, but there are many gaps compared with the international level. (2)Deeply analyzing the current situation, problems and development prospects of personal finance industry of Weifang bank. We can see the individual financing business development of Weifang bank is still in its infancy, and the management, marketing, product, pricing, talent, and technology need to be improved. While Individual financing business has a bright future with the updating conception and reform. (3)Refining the development strategic target and key tasks of A bank in personal financing business. The development strategic target of A Bank is put forward which is to become a wealth manager in international standards with strong competitiveness in local market. Wealth management business can become a breakthrough for A Bank to remain stable customer resources, expand the market, increase the differentiation and core competitiveness, and also can become a new business growth point to implement blue ocean strategy. The key tasks such as product positioning, market segments, select of target customer are brought up, and the service idea of taking the customer as center is also proposed (4)Putting forward the security measures to ensure the sustainable development of personal financing business of Weifang bank, which are Concept innovation, service innovation, product innovation, technological innovation, talent cultivation and the customer fostering .
