随着煤炭价格的持续上涨和煤矿产量的增大以及运输能力的不断提高,煤矿称重防
作弊管理已成为煤炭企业生产经营的重要环节。目前,磅房称重系统存在作弊隐患高、
称重效率低、称重准确性差等问题,直接影响了企业的经济利益。因此探索磅房称重的
科学管理方法,改进现有磅房称重系统十分必要。
本课题在现有地磅(汽车衡)称重系统的基础上,结合智能射频识别(RFID)技术、
红外定位技术、计算机技术及计量监测技术等,开发了基于 RFID 的煤矿称重防作弊系
统。该系统利用红外定位技术,解决了称重时的车辆防作弊问题;提出一种改进的二进
制碰撞算法,解决了RFID的碰撞问题。
本课题的实施,不仅解决了河湾煤矿磅房称重的防作弊问题,同时为煤矿磅房称重
防作弊管理的升级和改造提供了依据,对规范煤矿的称重管理具有重大的现实意义。

With the prices of coal rising, the production of coal increasing and the transportation
capacity improving continuously, the management of the weight house weighing became a
very important segment in the management of coal producing and managing. The weight
house weighing system at present had the disadvantages of high hidden danger, poor
efficiency, and low accuracy, which had influenced the economic interests of the Coal
Company. It is very urgent for Coal Company to research scientific management and improve
the weight house weighing system at present.
The project used the technology of RFID, Infrared Positioning, Computer, Measurement
and Monitoring, to development a new weight house weighing system base on RFID, which
based on the old weight house weighing system. The new system used the technology of
Infrared Positioning to solve the problem of the weight house anti-cheating weighing, and
used the improved binary collide arithmetic to solve the collide problem of RFID.
The weighing anti-cheating technology from the paper not only has solved the problem
of coal mine weighing anti-cheating management, but also has provided the basses for Coal
Company to improve or reform the weight house weighing system and standard the
management of the weight house weighing.
