随着我国经济的快速增长,高速公路的建设也不断扩大。由于工程地质条件的复杂性,特别是山区高速公路病害的产生往往是不可避免的。在高速公路路基沉降病害治理中,注浆加固应用很广泛。目前,钢花管注浆加固的理论研究远落后于实践,其工作机理还未完全弄清楚。为了使钢花管注浆加固处理高速公路沉降病害技术得到更好的推广和应用,对其承载特性及加固机理进行更深入的研究分析是非常必要的。
本论文以石太线路基病害处理(K219~K335)实体试验工程为研究对象,在分析填方路基病害产生原因的基础上,对钢花管注浆性状进行研究,提出合理的病害处理对策与方法。然后根据钢花管注浆加固的特点,分别进行了水平钢花管注浆和垂直钢花管注浆的设计计算。再通过实体试验工程,从理论和工程实践上探讨处理方法的设计、施工工艺参数。
本文通过有限差分软件FLAC3D建立地质模型与钢花管注浆模型,对路基的应力变形规律和沉降变形规律进行分析和研究,计算与分析水平钢花管注浆与垂直钢花管注浆的变形沉降特征以及应力应变规律。模拟结果与实际观测的数据基本一致,从侧面证明了模拟结果的准确性。同时还通过路堤修筑层注浆渗透过程分析,通过位移矢量图可明显看出路堤的破坏趋势。研究结果表明钢花管注浆加固使路堤修筑层物理力学性质有明显提高,提高了路堤承载力,达到了治理路基病害的效果,保证公路的安全运营。

With the rapid growth of China's economy, the construction of the highway is also expanding. Because of the complexity of engineering geological conditions, especially the generation of highway diseases in mountainous areas is inevitable. In the treatment of highway subgrade settlement, grouting reinforcement is widely used. At present, steel pipe grouting reinforcement theory research lags far behind the practice, the working mechanism is not completely clear. In order to make steel floral tube grouting reinforcement to the settlement of highway technology disease get better promotion and application, the characteristics of bearing capacity and strengthening mechanism is more in-depth research and analysis is very necessary.
This paper in Shijiazhuang - Taiyuan railway roadbed disease treatment (K219~K335) entity test project as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the causes of subgrade disease, of perforated steel pipe grouting characters were studied, put forward reasonable disease treatment strategies and methods. Then according to the perforated steel pipe grouting, respectively discusses the horizontal perforated steel pipe grouting and vertical perforated steel pipe grouting design calculation, get perforated steel pipe grouting reinforcement design calculation formula. Through the entity test project, this research discusses the design and construction technology parameters of the treatment method from the theory and engineering practice.
In this paper the finite difference divided into software FLAC3D geological model is established with perforated steel pipe grouting model, the stress on the subgrade deformation and settlement deformation law analysis and research, calculation and analysis of horizontal perforated steel pipe grouting and vertical perforated steel pipe grouting deformation settlement characteristics and rule of stress and strain. The simulation results are basically the same as the actual observation data, and the accuracy of the simulation results is proved from the side.. At the same time through the process analysis of embankment construction of grouting layer, the displacement vector can obviously damage trend of embankment. The results show that steel floral tube grouting reinforcement embankment layer construction in the physical and mechanical properties are improved obviously, improves the bearing capacity of embankment, achieve the effect of treatment of roadbed diseases, ensure the safe operation of the highway.
