随着带式输送机向高速、长距离、大运量和大功率方向的发展,带式输送机安全生产愈发重要。断带捕捉器是一种防止输送带断带后下滑造成带式输送机损坏,运输巷道堵塞的输送带保护装置。
本文比较和分析了各种带式输送机抓捕装置的工作方式、结构原理和优缺点。基于断带捕捉器的性能要求,设计了包括液压抓捕系统,电液控制系统的机电液控制断带捕捉器。本抓捕装置结构简单,动作可靠,较好地解决了单个捕捉器抓捕力小和抓捕不同步的问题。
针对抓捕装置的物理模型,建立了单作用弹簧复位缸和双作用活塞杆液压缸两种抓捕装置整个断带抓捕过程的数学模型。利用Matlab/simulink仿真工具在计算机上对该过程进行仿真分析。得出了具体抓捕机构下,不同运输能力、倾角和抓捕力下,输送带断带后下滑位移和时间之间的关系。设计了断带抓捕过程的仿真界面。可以方便的改变抓捕机构自身的特性和运行工况,仿真得出不同工况下输送带的下滑位移的曲线。
设计了断带捕捉器的控制系统,利用旋转编码器采集输送带的速度信号,运用速度方向法判定断带信号,将断带信号传递给PLC控制抓捕机构动作,实现输送带的断带保护。运用Labwindow/CVI设计了上位机监控界面,实现整个输送带运行状态的实时可视化。搭建了断带抓捕信号的实验台,验证了速度方向检测法的可行性。

Along with the belt conveyor to high speed and long distance, large freight volume and high power direction, belt conveyor safety production ever more important. And break with trap is to prevent the conveyor belt with decline after the break caused by belt conveyor is broken, transportation roadway bet stopper as serious consequences, and cause great economic losses of a conveyor belt protection device.
This paper compares and analyses various belt conveyer's arrest of the equipment can work mode, structure principles, advantages and disadvantages. Based on the break with trap of performance requirements, including the design of hydraulic catch system and electric control system of mechanical and electrical hydraulic control fault belt trap. The catch device structure is simple, reliable, and better solve the single trap catch force small and catch not synchronization problem.
According to catch device physical model, and established the spring return cylinder and single function hydraulic cylinder two catch device the mathematical model of the unfit. Use of Matlab/simulink tool in computer simulation of the process was simulated. The specific catch institutions that different transportation send, dip Angle and catching force, the conveyor belt with broken down after the relationship between displacement and time. Design with catch process of the end user interface. Can be convenient to change catch institutions of its own characteristics and operating conditions, the simulation calculations of the curve of the displacement of the conveyor belt decline.
Design with the control of the trap end system, with the acquisition of rotary encoder conveyor belt speed signal, the use of speed direction method with judge fault signal, the cut with signals to PLC control catch agency action, realize the conveyor belt with broken protection. Use Labwindow/CVI design the PC monitor interface, realize the whole conveyor belt in the running state of real-time visualization. Setting up the broken with catch signal test bench, verified the feasibility of the method of speed direction.
