对变电站自动化技术现状进行了分析,探讨了一个先进通用的变电站自动化系统的设计原则。根据宁煤羊场湾煤矿110kV变电站系统的运行要求和变电站自动化的设计原则,设计出了羊场湾煤矿110kV变电站自动化系统平台,该课题针对实际工程,故有一定的工程实用价值。 论文首先通过对变电站自动化系统功能、性能方面的分析,探讨了变电站自动化在实践过程中遇到的基础技术难题,描述了自动化通用平台技术思想,着重是利用NAS-900自动化软件系统对变电站级监控系统进行了设计,最后对网络层进行了设计。 按设计方案实施的系统已经在现场得到应用,运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,各项指标均达到设计的要求并取得良好的效果。

The actuality of the Substation Automation System is analyzed, and an advanced and all-purpose principle to Substation Automation System was summarized and designed. Then based the running demands of the NingXia YangChangWan 110kV Substation Automation system and the principle to Substation Automation System, designed the NingXia YangChangWan 110kV Substation Automation system At first, the paper analyzed the function and performance of Substation Automation. Then the paper discussed the some technical problem that appeared during Substation Automation Running, and described the ideas of automation plat. In the paper the SCADA was designed mainly using NAS-900 Automation Software. At last the network of Substation Automation were be deigned. Now the scheme that deigned in the paper was made into reality. The running results proved the system has a good performance, and the guidelines were all satisfying.
