在全面依法治国的时代背景下，大学生作为新时代中国特色社会主义法治的建设者和参与者，对大学生自身的社会化也提出新的要求。大学生法治意识的培育既是时代发展的需求也是自我成长的需要：一方面有利于推动社会主义法治建设，推动法治环境、法治社会和法治政府的建设，另一方面，有利于完善大学生自身对社会主义法治认知，形成法治意识观念和法治思维逻辑，最终落实到法治行为和法治实践。基于新时代的时代要求，从培育大学生法治意识入手，深入调研当前大学生法治意识培育现状，分析培育过程中面临和遇到的问题，提出具有针对性的培育对策和方法。 论文从五部分展开大学生法治意识培育研究。第一部分，从“法治”“法治意识”等等入手，对法治意识及大学生法治意识的内涵进行界定剖析，梳理了中国特色社会主义法治的发展历程；第二部分，通过文献研究，论证加强大学生法治意识培育的必要性；第三部分，采取问卷调查方式，从法治认知、法治观念、法治思维和法治逻辑来分析当前大学生法治意识的现状，同时从培育主体角度出发了解大学生法治意识培育的现状；第四部分，从社会、学校、家庭和个人的角度来分析大学生法治意识培育过程中所存在的问题；第五部分，针对大学生法治意识培育过程中出现的问题，首先要强化社会法治宣传氛围，其次要求学校培育大学生法治意识逻辑，再次通过家庭引导提升大学生法治意识思维不断完善大学生的法治意识认知，最终通过法治意识来践行法治实践。
