矿井水害一直是威胁我国煤矿安全生产的重大隐患,对矿井水文状态进行实时监测和及时发布,是提高煤矿安全生产的有效手段。本文根据计算机软、硬件和网络应用快速发展的现状和信息化时代的要求,建立了矿井水文监测数据可视化网络发布系统。 系统设计时采用三层体系结构,选用MYSQL为后端数据库,通过ADODB对数据库进行访问,中间业务逻辑层采用Apache和Supermap为网络服务器和水文观测点位置图发布服务器,在开发过程中结合JpGraph、PhpReport和VML等控件,结合JAVASCRIPT、XML等技术,利用Dreamweaver等网页开发工具对发布页面进行设计,最终将设计好的页面发布到WEB服务器上。 本文在对水文发布系统进行需求分析的基础上,对发布系统进行了总体分析和设计,建立了水文发布系统平台。系统实现了水文历史数据多种形式的可视化发布,包括列表、曲线图、直方图等的查询、比较和分析以及报表的绘制和打印;实现了矿井水文观测点位置图的绘制和图形的放大、缩小、平移以及图层控制等操作;将数据与图形进行有机结合,采用图形数据动态显示、实时监测数据动态列表和实时曲线动态生成等手段实现了水文实时监测信息的可视化动态发布;对监测到的水文异常值,以手机短消息的形式发送到相关人员手机上,实现无人职守状态下的水文监测和预警。 该发布系统的应用能够使矿井水文数据在煤矿企业各部门之间实现多级和实时共享,方便各相关部门用户的数据查询和对水文信息的准确把握,提高企业防治水害的能力,有效保障煤矿企业的安全生产。

The mine flood has been threaten our country coal mine safety production in significant hidden danger. Carrying on the real-time monitor and the prompt issuance of hydrological monitoring data, is an effective measure to enhance the safety of coal mine production.The paper proposes the establishment of hydrological monitoring data visualization network issuance system based on the rapid development of the application status of computer software, hardware and network and the requirements of Information Age. It is designed based on Three-tier architecture,MySql is selected as the platform of database to establish the database serve and to develop the web database; the middle service logic level is Apache and SuperMap which are chosen as the network sever and the issues platform of mine pit measuring point chart,they are used to establish the issue platform of hydrological monitoring data and related graph. During the development of system using the components of Jpgraph, PhpReport and VML and so on to draw chart and reports,using dreamweaver as the development tools to design the issuance pages,using the technology of Javascript,XML and so on to issuse the designed pages on the web sever. The system is designed based on the requirement analysis and established the issues platform of hydrological issuance system eventually.It realizes the function of historical hydrological data could be issuanced in various forms including list, chart, histograms and reports which can be drawn and printed;it can draw the distribution map of mine hydrological observation point which can be enlarged, reducted,and migrated the map based on user’s needs. Carrying on the organic synthesis of the data and the graph, using dynamic demonstration method of graphic data,dynamic tabulation method of real-time monitoring data and dynamic real-time curve method has realized the hydrology real-time monitoring data visualization dynamic issuance.When the hydrology unusual information display it can transmit the anomaly information to the telephone mobile of related personnel in the form of Short Message, realizes hydrology monitoring in nobody duty. The use of the system can cause the hydrology data to realize multi-level and real-time information sharing between the coal mine enterprise department,can facilitate each related department user's data inquiry and accurate assurance of hydrology information,enhances the ability of enterprise to prevent and control the flood; raises coal mine enterprise's safety in production level effectively eventually.
