地理信息服务是在地理信息系统和互联网技术迅猛发展的背景下产生的,它能够为互联网用户提供实时的、丰富的位置信息相关服务。公众地理信息服务系统是地理信息服务社会化发展的产物,它面向公众、以专业的、灵活多样的方式为公众提供丰富多彩的地理信息服务。目前,很多部门已经尝试将公众地理信息服务应用到实践中去,并取得了良好的成果。地理信息系统中最重要的是地理信息数据,公众地理信息服务系统中存在的问题时数据共享格式不统一,实时更新困难,这也是制约公众地理信息系统发展的一个重要原因。 本论文的目的就是尝试寻求公众地理信息系统更适合的解决方案。论文基于天地图地图服务的进行开发,利用其提供的免费API 以及其开放性、易用性、共享性和高分辨率影像等特点,设计实现了以潍坊市为例的公众地理信息服务系统。同时考虑到三维地理信息系统的实用性,因此在公众系统的设计上是运用二三维一体化技术,完成了系统的需求分析、架构设计、详细设计、编码以及运行等各阶段工作。该系统基于天地图,满足了公众地理信息服务的基本需求和技术要求;实现了将城市公交、驾车,兴趣点的地理信息的整合,提供了多种信息查询方式,在一张图上实现信息的查询和共享。

Geographical Information Service is generated by the rapid development of GIS and Internettechnology. It can provide real-time, rich location information which related services to theInternet users. Public Geographical Information Service is the product of social development ofGeographical Information Service, which is for the public, in order to provoid a variety ofGeographical Information Service to the public based on professional, flexible and varied ways.At present, many departments have tried to apply Public Geographical Information Service intthe practice and have achieved positive results. However, the GIS data is the important issues ofGIS.The issues of the difficult of data processing and it can’t be applied flexibly are Public Geographical Information Service. It has also become the public GeographicaInformation Service’s problem to be solved. The purpose ofthis paperis to tryto seekpublicgeographic information systemmore suitablesolution.Paperbased onMapWorld servicesfor development,the use of itsfreeAPI, andits openness, ease of use,sharing andhigh-resolutionimages, and othercharacteristics,designed and implementedinWeiFangas an exampleofpublicgeographic information servicesystem. Taking into accountthe practicality ofthree-dimensional geographicinformation system, so the design ofthe publicsystemis the use oftwodimensionalintegration technology,completesystem requirements analysis, architecture design, detailed design, coding, and run the various stages ofthe work. Thesystem is based onMapWorld , geographic information servicesto meet thepublic's basic needs and technical requirements; achievetheurban public transport,car, points of interest geographic information integration, providing a variety ofways to search forinformationinaFigurerealizeinformation query andsharing.
