投资项目财务评价是投资项目技术经济可行性评价的重要组成部分，它是项目建成投产后的经济效益的一种预先估计与评价，是项目多方案比较选优的标准，是决策与管理的依据。而投资项目财务评价指标是否完善、决策方法是否有效，会对项目技术经济可行性评价的结果产生重大影响。由于我国在投资项目财务评价指标及决策方法上存在一些不足之处，使得投资项目财务评价这一重要经济手段在我国没有发挥出其应有的作用。 本文在对课题研究背景与研究现状分析的基础之上，提出了我国现行投资项目财务评价指标及决策方法存在的不足，并分别对不足之处进行修正：针对我国现行的投资项目财务评价指标在计算时考虑的因素不全面的问题进行研究，找出并分析影响这些因素的客观情况，适时地调整指标的计算公式；对于投资项目财务评价指标中常用的净现值、内部收益率及投资回收期指标在对互斥方案进行评价时可能出现的矛盾情况进行分析，找出产生矛盾的原因，并提出相应的决策方法；鉴于传统的投资决策分析方法在不确定条件下存在局限，引入实物期权理论，分别在三种期权下对传统投资决策分析方法进行修正。

Financial evaluation of Investment project is an important part in technical economic feasibility evaluation. It is an estimate and pre-evaluation for economic profit after the completion of the project and it is a standard for comparison and selection of some projects, and it is basis of the decision-making and management. The perfection of the financial evaluation indicator of investment project and the effectiveness of the decision-making method will have a significant impact on the outcome of the technical economic feasibility evaluation of the investment project. Because of some deficiencies for our financial evaluation indicator of investment project and the decision-making method, this important economic means have not been properly applied, and it due role have not been fully played. This paper is on the basis of research background and present situation. It puts forward Chinese current financial evaluation indicators of investment project and decision-making method have some shortcomings, and amends respectively the deficiencies: In view of the current financial evaluation indicators of investment project having not taken into account factor comprehensively when calculating, it identifies and analyzes the objective situation of affecting these factors, adjusts timely the calculating formula of the indicators. Financial evaluation indicators of investment project are commonly used in the net present value, internal rate of return and investment payback period. To analyze the probable conflict in the contradict programme and find out the reasons for the conflict and put forward the corresponding decision-making methods. Because the traditional investment decision-making methods have some deficiencies under the uncertain situation, introduce Real Option theory, and amend the traditional investment decision-making method under the three options.
