随着经济全球化的脚步加快，市场竞争日趋白热化。提高创新绩效成为企业保持市场竞争力的主要手段，而知识正是提高创新绩效的关键因素。愈来愈多的企业想要加入技术联盟来获取先进的技术知识，知识转移则是企业加入联盟获取知识的主要方式。因此，高效的知识转移对提高技术联盟企业的创新绩效具有非常重要的价值。 本文主要研究技术联盟中的知识转移对其成员企业创新绩效的影响。首先对技术联盟中的知识转移进行了系统的分析，然后建立知识转移的NKC仿真模型，同时分析了企业的创新绩效与知识转移效果的关系，并提出了实验假设。最后得出结论：企业加入技术联盟通过知识转移来提高其创新绩效是正确的选择，但前提是所加入的联盟中联盟强度适中并且参与企业在知识转移过程中不断努力提高自身能力以便适应所处的联盟环境。联盟中知识转移的影响因素之间相互联系的强弱影响知识转移是否充分进行从而影响创新绩效。当主体的影响因素与客体的影响因素相互联系越强（任意两个之间都有相互联系）则企业的创新绩效越高。 通过本文的研究还发现技术联盟中联盟强度过强可能对成员企业通过知识转移进行创新产生负面的影响。所以在现实中为了保护联盟中各方的利益，维持松散适中的联盟关系强度对成员企业的创新绩效更有益。

With the pace of economic globalization gradually accelerating,competitions between enterprises are growing intensity. more and more enterprises would like to enhance the market competitiveness by improving their innovation performance, Knowledge is the key factor to obtain the enterprise’s innovation performance. So the enterprises need to join the Technology Alliance to gain the required knowledge, The technology alliance cooperation process is the process of knowledge transfer. Therefore, the effective knowledge transfer process has a very important value for improving the enterprise's innovation performance. This paper mainly studies the influence of knowledge transfer to the alliance enterprise innovation performance. Through the analysis of knowledge transfer, built the NKC model of Technology alliance knowledge transfer process. Researched the relationship between the knowledge transfer and innovation performance, and puts forward the experimental hypothesis. Come to conclusion:（1）it is a right choice to through joining the technology alliance to improve the innovation performance of enterprise. But the premise is the alliance strength is moderate and the enterprises constantly strive to improve their ability to adapt the alliance environment. (2) The relationship between the influence factors of knowledge transfer impact the knowledge transfer whether or not can fully proceed, and affect the innovation performance.（3）When the main effect factors and object interaction is strong(there are links between any two of them), the enterprise innovation performance is higher. This research provides a new thought to study the technology alliance knowledge transfer by using computer simulation method. Obtained through this research alliance strength is too strong have a negative impact to the enterprise innovation performance. Our model predicts that keeping a medium suitable alliance strength is the best way for all the enterprise innovation performance.
