以可溶性淀粉为原料,通过对其氧化、糊化和接枝共聚等过程得到了改性淀粉;进而研究了改性淀粉制备胶粘剂的工艺流程、制备条件,合成了一种低成本、高性能的淀粉基木材胶粘剂。 对于可溶性淀粉的氧化,采用性能温和的H2O2为氧化剂,实验得到了可溶性淀粉氧化的最佳工艺参数为:淀粉与水的比例1:5,反应时间60min,反应温度60℃,H2O2用量7ml,pH值为9.0。确定了氧化淀粉糊化最佳参数为:糊化温度90℃,糊化时间30min。对糊化后的氧化淀粉以过硫酸铵为引发剂,聚乙烯醇﹑丙烯酸丁酯﹑醋酸乙烯酯等不同单体混合物进行接枝共聚制得改性淀粉,研究得到的接枝共聚最佳工艺参数是:聚乙烯醇﹑丙烯酸丁酯与醋酸乙烯酯混合物的配比为1:10:4,单体混合物质量150g,单体混合物滴加时间2h,pH值为5.0,接枝反应温度65℃,接枝反应时间4h。红外光谱分析表明,最佳条件下进行的接枝状共聚反应比较完全。 在改性淀粉中添加交联剂偏硼酸钠、稀释剂尿素、增塑剂甘油、防腐剂苯甲酸钠等助剂,制得了淀粉基木材胶粘剂。通过正交试验确定了淀粉基木材胶粘剂制备的最佳条件是:偏硼酸钠用量为2%;尿素用量为16%;甘油用量为1.5%;添加助剂温度为55℃,反应时间:30min,助剂添加顺序:交联剂偏硼酸钠、稀释剂尿素、增塑剂甘油、防腐剂苯甲酸钠。最佳条件制备的胶粘剂不挥发物含量为37.3%,粘度为2.05Pa.s,拉伸剪切强度18.43MPa。 对最佳工艺条件下制备的淀粉基木材胶粘剂的各项性能指标分析,并与聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液木材胶粘剂的化工行业标准和市售胶粘剂的性能对比表明,所得淀粉基木材胶粘剂各项性能指标完全达到了有关行业标准的要求,其粘度、粘结强度等技术指标优于市售产品。在木材加工等领域具有广阔的市场前景。

Through oxidation, gelatinization and graft copolymerization modified starch was gained by using soluble starch as raw material. Then a novel low-cost, high performance, low-pollution, modified starch-based wood adhesive was synthesized. The preparation process and conditions were investigated. Preparation of modified starch and its properties were studied. The optimal conditions of starch oxidation were as follows: the ratio of starch to water was 1:5, the reaction time was 60min, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the dosage of H2O2 was 7ml.Using ammonium persulfate as initiator, polyvinyl acetate, vinyl Acetate, and butyl acrylate mixture grafted oxidized starch was synthesized and characterized. The optimal conditions were as follows: monomer mass was 150g, monomer weight ratio was 1:10:4 (PVA:butyl acrylate:vinyl acetate), monomer dropwise time was 2h, pH value was 5, graft reaction temperature was 65 ℃, grafting reaction time was 4h. Infrared spectrum analysis proved that the graft copolymerization reaction proceeded effectively under these optimal conditions. Starch-based wood adhesive was prepared using modified starch and other additives such as cross-linking agent partial sodium borate, diluent urea, plasticizers glycerol auxiliaries, and preservative sodium benzoate. The optimal conditions for preparation of starch-based wood adhesive were determined by orthogonal test: the amount of partial sodium borate was 2%; the amount of urea was 16%; the amount of glycerol was 1.5%; added additives temperature at 55 ℃, reaction time was 30min; And additives added sequence was: cross-linker partial sodium borate, diluent urea, plasticizer glycerin, preservatives sodium benzoate. For the adhesive prepared under the best conditions, the non-volatile matter content, viscosity and tensile shear strength were 37.3%, 2.05Pa.s, and 18.43MPa, respectively. The performance of the starch-based wood adhesive prepared under the optimum conditions was analyzed. Comparing those parameters with the properties of the commercial adhesives and the Technical standards for polyvinyl acetate emulsion wood adhesive shows that the performances of starch-based wood adhesive are fully met the national standards for polyvinyl acetate emulsion wood adhesive. And its viscosity and bond strength are better than those of the commercial commodities. Lower cost and less pollution make it a broad market prospects in the wood processing market.
