针对飞机液压千斤顶存在的漏油、位置调整控制不精确等问题,本课题组设计了 一 款新型电动机械千斤顶。 根据其对操控性强的需要,研制了一款以 C8051F410 单片机为 主控芯片的新型智能化千斤顶测控系统。该系统主要以步进电机为动力源,经过对多个 步进电机的控制, 实现千斤顶的快进、工进、 行走等运动的控制, 该测试系统还实现了 对千斤顶支撑臂关键部位的荷重受力信号, 运行过程中对高度位移信号的实时采集、 实 时显示等功能。 系统的硬件部分由步进电机以及配套的驱动器、控制器和基于 C8051F410 单片机的 测试系统组成。 其中在千斤顶运动控制方面: 包括实现本体工进顶升、 快进空载驱动、 千斤顶底部小车通过步进电实现水平方向的移动及位置上的横向微调。 在步进电机控制 器中, 提前利用上位机把控制器中的各项参数设置好,在运行过程中只需在操作界面通 过各类按钮实现控制运行;在对系统模拟信号测试方面,拉压传感器、拉线式位移传感 器输出的信号通过主控芯片的数据处理以及数据转换, 在控制界面上完成数据的实时显 示。 在控制界面方面, 千斤顶本体 1.3 米高处设计了手动控制采集箱,实现了 对千斤顶 底部小车的前进后退、横向微调以及空载上升的控制,并且能够显示高度位移数据;在 操作人员能够观测到飞机机身的位置设计了集成控制采集箱,通过步进电机控制器的串 行通信口实现了对 3 个千斤顶重载驱动的协同控制,并且能够显示通过拉压传感器测得 的负重数据。 同时,为系统设计了不同的供电方式, 以满足系统中各个元器件对不同电 压的需求。 本论文完成了基本千斤顶的动作控制和测试系统的电路制作与软件调试, 该新型电 动机械飞机千斤顶的样机加工制造好后, 已在陕飞汉中工厂的测试中心进行了功能性试 验, 该测试控制系统完成了大部分应用功能

For the oil spill and inaccuracy of position adjustment control of planes hydraulic jack, thisgroup design a novel electric machinery jack. A novel intelligent jack control system, whose main chip is C8051F410, is developed according its strong demand for handling.This system, which mainly powered by stepping motor, realized the control of jacks movement such as fast walking into the workFast walking into the workafter workafter controlling multiple stepping motor. This measurement system also accomplished real-time acquisition and display for the height displacement signal during operation and load force signal of key parts of jack such as supporting arm.The hardware parts are consist of stepping motor, driver, controller and measurement system based on C8051F410. In the jack’s movement control: including the body of workers into the top, no-load driving fast and Jack at the bottom of the car through the horizontal direction of the implementation of the horizontal movement and the horizontal fine-tuning。 In stepping motor’s controller, By using the host computer, the parameters of the controller are set well in advance, and the operation interface can be controlled and operated by all kinds of buttons in the operation process;In the measurement of analog signal, Pull pressure sensor and pull wire type displacement sensor output signal through the main control chip data processing and data conversion, data real-time display in the control interface, and can be through the main control chip preformed serial port to realize data exchange with the host computer。 In the control interface, 1.3 meters above the body of the jack design manual control display box, realizes the jack at the bottom of the car forward and backward, the horizontal adjustment and no-load rise of control, and can display the height displacement data; in operation personnel capable of observation to the position of the aircraft fuselage design of the integrated control and collection box, by stepper motor controller serial communication port of the synergistic control of three jack heavy load driving, and can show through pull pressure sensor for measuring the loaddata.Four series DC 24V batterys supply the electric for the system, thus satisfy the demand for different voltage of each element. This paper accomplished the basic movment control of jack, circuit manufacturing and soft debugging of measurement system. This novel plane mechanical jacks prototype has been tested its function inShaanxi Hanzhoung factoryShaanxi Hanzhoung factory, the result shows that most functions has been achieved.
