企业系统内部共享安全信息的过程中普遍存在信息损失现象,致使安全信息主体不能全面获取认知安全信息,进而影响安全信息主体的行为决策,增大行为失误的可能性,并可能进一步导致事故的发生。因此研究安全信息共享过程中的信息损失机理具有重要意义。
本文以安全信息共享过程中的多级信息损失为研究对象,针对安全信息共享流动过程内在规律研究不足,多级信息损失过程缺乏科学合理表述方法,以及缺少评价多级信息损失相应指标体系等问题。基于安全信息共享及其流动损失的相关研究,对安全信息共享流动过程中的基本阶段和关键要素进行分析,并对安全信息流动过程的各阶段信息损失进行探究,在此基础上构建出安全信息共享流动模型和安全信息流动损失模型;根据上述研究,本文对安全信息共享过程中的多级信息损失问题进行了分析界定,构建了相应的“梯形递阶”模型和形式化数学模型,并选取相应的事故案例,验证“梯形递阶”模型和形式化数学模型的合理性。同时,本文提炼出安全信息共享过程多级信息损失的主要影响因素,建立了相应的影响因素评价体系。
为对安全信息共享过程的多级信息损失进一步分析,本文在上述所做工作的基础上,进行了问卷设计和调查,使各测量指标具体化。并且,本文建立了验证性因子分析模型和因子间因果关系分析模型,在问卷信效度检验的基础上,结合问卷数据运行模型,验证提出的四个主要影响因素的合理性及权重,并验证各主要影响因素之间的关系。验证性因子分析表明:本文提出的四个主要影响因素是合理的,且信息主体的安全信息素质是最主要的影响因素。同时,经过因子间因果关系验证发现:安全信息环境对安全信息特性和安全信息素质有正向的影响关系,安全信息特性和安全信息素质正向影响安全信息能力,并且安全信息环境通过安全信息特性和安全信息素质间接影响安全信息能力。

Information loss exists widely in the sharing process of safety information within enterprise system, which makes the subject of safety information unable to obtain and recognize safety information comprehensively, thus the behavior decision of safety information subject is affected, increasing the possibility of the behavior errors, and may further lead to accidents.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanism of information loss in the sharing process of safety information.
This paper takes multilevel information loss in the sharing process of safety information as the research object, aiming at the problems such as insufficient research on the internal law of the flow process of safety information sharing, the lack of scientific and reasonable expression method for multilevel information loss process, and the lack of corresponding index system for evaluating multilevel information loss. Based on the research of safety information sharing and its flow loss, the basic stages and key elements in the flow process of safety information sharing were analyzed, and the information loss in each stage of the flow process for safety information was explored. On this basis, a safety information sharing flow model and a safety information flow loss model were constructed. According to the above research, this paper analyzed and defined the multilevel information loss in the sharing process of safety information, constructed the corresponding "ladder hierarchical" model and formal mathematical model. And selected the corresponding accident cases to verify the rationality of the "ladder hierarchical" model and formal mathematical model. At the same time, this paper extracted the main influencing factors of multilevel information loss in the sharing process of safety information, and established the corresponding evaluation system of influencing factors.
In order to further analyze the multilevel information loss in sharing process of safety information, based on the above work, this paper conducted questionnaire design and investigation to make each measurement index concrete. And this paper established a confirmatory factor analysis model and an inter-factor causality analysis model. On the basis of questionnaire reliability and validity test, combined with the questionnaire data operation model, the rationality and weight of the four main influencing factors were verified, and the relationship between the main influencing factors was verified. The confirmatory factor analysis shows that: the four main factors have proposed in this paper are reasonable, meanwhile the safety information literacy of the information subject is the most important influencing factor. At the same time, through the inter-factor causality verification, it was found that the safety information environment has a positive influence on the safety information characteristics and safety information literacy, while the safety information characteristics and safety information literacy have a positive influence on the safety information ability. In addition, the safety information environment indirectly affects the safety information ability through the safety information characteristic and the safety information literacy.
