电锅炉广泛应用于化工及高级宾馆饭店、写字楼、学校、科研楼、医院门诊病房等建筑的采暖、空调、热水供应及生活热水。目前电锅炉大都采用以PLC作为控制系统,实现无人值守自动化控制。
从20世纪70年代开始,PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统得到了迅速的发展,在这时期,PLC增加了运算、数据传送及处理等功能,完成了真正具有计算机特征的工业控制装置。PLC慢慢被应用到过程控制环节,逐步取代了原来的DCS系统。PLC具有编程简单、性价比高、抗干扰能力强、系统的设计、安装、调试工作量少、维修方便等特点。可以预测的是PLC在工业自动化控制中将占据越来越重要的地位。
本课题的控制对象为电锅炉,主被控参数是电锅炉出口水温,副被控参数是电锅炉炉膛内水温,控制参数为电锅炉电阻丝电压,PLC作为控制核心,以上参数及PLC控制系统组成了电锅炉温度串级控制系统;编程语言采用PLC梯形图,运用控制系统中的PID算法,实现对电锅炉温度的自动控制。
本课题从电锅炉温度控制的方案、PLC选型、组态画面设计、系统设计等几方面进行了系统的叙述。通过设定电锅炉的系统参数,使电锅炉温度控制系统具有响应迅速、稳定性好、可靠性高等特点,对于实现电锅炉自动化控制有重大作用。

Electric boiler is widely used in chemical and high grade hotels, office buildings, schools, scientific research buildings, hospital outpatient wards and other construction of heating, air conditioning, hot water supply and living hot water. At present, most of the electric boiler uses PLC as the control system, which realizes the automatic control of the unmanned on duty.
From the beginning of the 1970s, PLC (programmable logic controller) control system has been rapid development, in this period, added to the PLC operation, data transmission and processing, and other functions, completed the real computer industrial control devices. PLC slowly being applied to the process control, and gradually replaced the original DCS system. PLC has the characteristics of simple programming, high cost performance, strong anti-interference ability, system design, installation, debugging less workload, convenient maintenance and so on. It can be predicted that PLC will occupy an increasingly important position in industrial automation control.
Control object of this topic for electric boiler, main controlled parameter is the electric cooker furnace outlet temperature, deputy accused of parameters is the water temperature in the electric furnace, control parameters for electric resistance wire voltage of the boiler, the PLC is used as control core, the above parameters and the PLC control system composed of an electric boiler temperature cascade control system; PLC ladder diagram is used as programming language, the use of control system PID algorithm, the automatic control of electric boiler temperature.
This topic from the electric boiler temperature control scheme, PLC type selection, configuration picture design, system design and so on several aspects have carried on the system narration. By setting the system parameters of the electric boiler, the temperature control system of electric boiler has the characteristics of quick response, good stability and high reliability, which has great effect on the automatic control of the electric boiler.
