铜川矿区是陕西省建成最早的煤炭基地,开采历史悠久。矿区主采煤系为石炭二叠纪含煤岩系,由于5#煤层埋藏深度小,煤质好,开采条件相对简单,所以主采煤层为5#煤层。随着开采时间的延长,5#煤层可供开采的资源量越来越少。由于采煤技术的进步,一些原认为难采或不可采的煤层,现已提上日程。铜川矿区10#煤层是否可采,能否开采,直接关系到铜川矿区各煤矿的经济利益和矿井服务年限。
本文主要是针对铜川矿区10#煤层的发育规律及可采性进行研究。研究成煤的古植物、古气候、古地理、古构造作用等几个方面的作用综合研究10#煤层的形成条件;分析了后期构造对煤层发育的影响;总结了10#煤层的发育规律;通过对煤层煤质的研究及煤层最低可采范围的确定,圈定了10#煤炭资源量的计算范围并计算出储量;最后对开采10#煤层的技术、经济、环境等方面进行评价,评价10#煤层可采性。
通过对以上内容的研究得出,10#煤层是在晚石炭世中期海退后,在滨海三角洲平原上发育的煤层。煤层倾向NNW347°,起伏平缓,在矿区西部煤较厚,东部煤厚度小。煤厚的变化主要受沉积作用的影响。对10#煤煤质研究,确定10#煤为中灰分、低磷、高硫、低挥发分的高热值煤。依据储量估算的工业指标划分王石凹为铜川矿区10#煤层可采区。通过地质块段法估算可采地质储量为4339.8万吨。
对于10#煤层开采技术条件的研究包括矿井水文地质、矿井充水因素、煤层顶底板、瓦斯、煤尘、地温等方面研究,结果表明煤层的开采在技术上是可行的。估算出10#煤层销售利润,表明10#煤层开采是经济的。煤层开采引起的地下水资源污染即地表沉陷提出了综合防治措施。综合分析,开采10#煤层经济、环境允许,且增加了经济效益。

Tongchuan mine area is the earliest coal bases in Shanxi Province. The main coal mining beds belongs to the Permian-Carboniferous coal-bearing rocks. The 5# coal bed is small burial depth and mining conditions is relatively simple, so it is the main coal bed. With the extension of mining, 5# coal resources is fewer and fewer. With the developments of mining technology, some of coal beds that are difficult to mining before have been put on the agenda. Whether mine 10# coal bed is directly related to Tongchuan coal mine's economic interests and length of service.
The paper mainly discussed the development rules and recoverability of 10# coal bed in Tongchuan. The key contents include: the formation conditions of 10# coal bed such as coal-forming plants, palaeoclimate, paleogeography and paleostructure; the influences of late reformations on 10# coal bed’s development; the development rules; the coal quality and reserve of 10# coal bed. Finally, the technology conditions, economic benefits, environmental impactions were evaluated to decide whether exploit 10# coal bed or not.
Base on the study, it concluded that 10# coal bed accumulated in coastal delta plain during the middle stage of the Late Carboniferous. The coal bed tendency is NNW347°, and the roof is smooth. The thickness of coal bed is mainly determined by sedimentation, and it is bigger in west of Tongchuan relatively. The results of coal quality study show that the ash content is middle, the phosphorus content is low, the sulfur content is high and the volatile content is low. According to DZ/T0215-2002, 10# coal bed can be exploited in Wangshiwa Coal Mine, but the desulfurization should be carried on first. Meanwhile, according to GB/T 17766-1999, the proved extractable reserve is 43.398 million tons.
The mine hydrogeology, mine water filling factor, coal seam roof and floor, gas, coal dust and ground temperature were study as well, and the results indicate that the technology conditions can be satisfied. The estimation of sales profit show that economic benefits can be guaranteed about exploiting 10# coal bed. Some measures were proposed to prevent the pollutions of groundwater. In a word, 10# coal bed can be exploited.
