榜样教育,作为我国高校思想政治教育体系中的关键一环,长期以来发挥着举足轻重的作用。它作为一种广泛应用且内涵丰富的教育手段,通过借助榜样这一具体生动的表现形式,将复杂的政治理论、伦理规范和行为准绳转化为易于感知和理解的形象实例,从而唤醒和激发大学生内在的求知欲和自我完善的动力。然而,随着时代的变迁和社会的快速发展,特别是互联网文化的广泛渗透,原本榜样所承载的积极引导作用似乎在逐步削弱。大学生群体对榜样教育的认知度和接受度并未达到预期高度,榜样教育在实施过程中暴露出了种种问题,这些问题在一定程度上削弱了榜样教育对大学生正确价值观塑造和行为指引的有效性。如何在新时代背景下切实提升榜样教育对大学生群体的针对性和吸引力,使之能够有效地推动高校德育工作的深化和拓展,已经成为目前亟待解决的关键议题。为此,我们需要积极探索适应新时代特点的大学生榜样教育新模式,确保其既能紧跟时代脉搏,又能深深扎根于大学生的精神世界,从而持续提高榜样教育在高校德育工作中所产生的实质性影响力。 针对此,本文将按照阐释理论、考察历史、立足现实的逻辑思路出发,围绕以下六个方面展开:第一部分为绪论,简要说明选题背景和研究意义,综述国内外大学生榜样教育的研究现状,介绍本文的研究思路与方法、创新点及不足之处。第二部分为理论阐释与历史脉络梳理。首先,对大学生榜样教育中的主要概念进行阐释。其次,从马克思主义经典作家理论、中国优秀传统文化、中国国产党领导人百年理论、西方社会学习理论等多维度分析其理论基础。最后,回顾建国以来大学生榜样教育在我国不同时期的发展历程,并在此基础上总结其取得的基本经验,既说明了大学生榜样教育的重要性,也体现了提升新时代大学生榜样教育有效性的必要性。第三部分为评价标准,分别对选树榜样的典型程度,教育者的示范程度,教育载体的融入程度以及受教育者的内化与外化程度这四个方面进行了详细的描述。第四部分为实证分析,通过问卷分析出新时代大学生榜样教育及其有效性的基本情况、存在的问题及问题产生的原因。第五部分为提升路径,本文分别从榜样层面、教育者层面、教育载体层面、受教育者层面综合分析新时代大学生榜样教育面临的困境与挑战等,提出了以学生需求为导向丰富榜样选树机制 、强化教育者的责任与能力、充分发挥载体优势推动榜样教育、紧抓受教育者内化与外化的关键节点等路径,为提升大学生榜样认同和榜样教育有效性提供有益思路与对策。 |

Role model education, as a crucial part of the ideological and political education system in Chinese universities, has long played a crucial role. As a widely used and meaningful educational tool, it transforms complex political theories, ethical norms, and behavioral norms into vivid examples that are easy to perceive and understand through the use of examples, thereby awakening and stimulating the inner desire for knowledge and self-improvement of college students. However, with the changes of the times and the rapid development of society, especially the extensive penetration of Internet culture, the positive guiding role of the original model seems to be gradually weakening. The awareness and acceptance of role model education among college students have not reached the expected level, and various problems have been exposed during the implementation of role model education. These problems to some extent weaken the effectiveness of role model education in shaping correct values and guiding behavior for college students. How to effectively enhance the targeting and attractiveness of role model education to college students in the context of the new era, so as to effectively promote the deepening and expansion of moral education in universities, has become a key issue that urgently needs to be solved. Therefore, we need to actively explore new models of role model education for college students that adapt to the characteristics of the new era, ensuring that they can not only keep up with the pulse of the times, but also deeply rooted in the spiritual world of college students, thereby continuously improving the substantive impact of role model education in moral education work in universities. In view of this, this paper will start from the logical thinking of explaining theory, examining history and basing on reality, focusing on the following six aspects: The first part is the introduction, which briefly explains the background and research significance of the topic selection, summarizes the research status quo of college students' model education at home and abroad, and introduces the research ideas and methods, innovation points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is theoretical interpretation and historical context. First of all, the main concepts in the model education of college students are explained. Secondly, it analyzes its theoretical basis from the perspectives of Marxist classic writer theory, excellent traditional Chinese culture, centennial theory of Chinese domestic Party leaders, Western social learning theory and so on. Finally, the paper reviews the development course of model education of college students in different periods since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and summarizes the basic experience obtained, which not only explains the importance of model education of college students, but also reflects the necessity of improving the effectiveness of model education of college students in the new era. The third part is the evaluation standard, which describes in detail the typical degree of the model selection, the demonstration degree of the educator, the integration degree of the education
carrier and the internalization and externalization degree of the educatees. The fourth part is the empirical analysis, through the questionnaire analysis of college students model education and its effectiveness of the basic situation, existing problems and reasons analysis.The fifth part is about the path to improvement. This article comprehensively analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by college students' role model education in the new era from the perspectives of role models, educators, educational carriers, and educatees. It proposes to enrich the role model selection mechanism based on students' needs, strengthen the responsibility and ability of educators, give full play to the advantages of carriers to promote role model education, and grasp the key nodes of internalization and externalization of educatees. It provides useful ideas and countermeasures for enhancing college students' role model recognition and the effectiveness of role model education. |
