近年来,随着煤炭行业的快速发展,矿山事故频频发生,以提高煤矿应急救援能力来降低人员财产损失势在必行,尽管我国的应急救援技术及装备在近几年取得了重大进展,但是依旧存在着诸如救援通讯装备功能不完备、集成度低等问题导致了救援设备体积、功耗较大以及信息管理方式落后,影响救援效率。
本课题来源于国家科技支撑计划“基于Mesh网络井下可视化无线救灾通讯技术与装备(SQ2011SF13B00488)”中的一项研发任务——救援通信系统应用管理软件的设计,本人的主要工作是在对系统PC侧进行需求分析的基础上,采用了TCP/IP、FFmpeg开源解码库、AVI等技术,完成了对H.264压缩视频流的接收与解码显示,音频的采集与回放,环境参数的接收与显示及其数据的保存等功能,重点对H.264视频流的纯软件解码及利用AVI技术对音视频和环境参数数据流的融合存储进行了详细的分析和实现。综上,本文实现了一款基于Windows系统,具有视频显示、多方通话、环境参数显示、多媒体信息存储记录、管理及检索、视频回放等功能的救援通信系统应用管理软件。
救援通信系统应用管理软件完成之后,提出了相应的测试方案,并与系统前端进行了联调测试。测试结果表明,本次开发的软件各项功能均已满足需求,软件运行情况良好,系统采用的模块化设计使得各子功能模块耦合度低,便于二次开发使用,软件界面友好,操作简单。本软件的设计思想也可为其它救援领域的软件开发提供一定的参考作用,具有广阔的开发和应用前景。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the coal industry, mining accidents occur frequently, therefore, improved coal mine emergency rescue capabilities to reduce the loss of personnel property is imperative. There are some problems, such as the incomplete of rescue communications equipment, the low degree of integration, these problems led to the rescue device size, power consumption larger and information management more backward, affecting the rescue efficiency, although the emergency rescue technology and equipment have made significant progress in recent years.
This topic, Design of the application management software of rescue communication system, is from an R & D task named the National Science and Technology Support Program"based on the wireless mesh network underground visualization disaster relief communications technology and equipment (SQ2011SF13B00488), my main job is that on the basis of a requirement analysis on system PC side, using the TCP / IP, the FFmpeg open source decoding library, AVI and other technology to complete a display for receiving and decoding of the H.264 compressed video streams, audio capture and playback, the reception and display of environmental parameters and their data preservation function, and focus on pure software decoding of H.264 video streams, the fusion storage to data streams of audio ,video and environmental parameter by use of AVI technology. In summary, the paper developed a rescue communications system application management software with the function of video display, multi-party call, the environmental parameters records storage, management and retrieval of multimedia information, video playback based Windows system.
Finally, rescue communication system application management software has been tested with the system front-end. The test results show that the software can meet the demand of system, the software running in good condition, each sub-function modules has a low coupling because of using a modular design, to facilitate the secondary development, software has friendly interface, simple operation. The software design can also be a reference for other emergency rescue area, with broad development and application prospects.
