在煤矿生产中,矿井主要通风机、局部通风机向井下及局部通风地点提供新鲜风源是煤矿安全生产非常重要的环节,同时也是电能消耗量最大的用电设备。据调查,矿井主要通风机、局部通风机的用电量占整个煤矿企业生产用电的18%~21%。通风系统的能耗不仅与电气的、机械的、通风安全等方面的设备有关,还涉及其与复杂的井巷系统的合理匹配,这两者协调工作,才能形成高效节能的通风系统。 本系统通过对大水头煤矿原有通风系统的能耗性能分析的基础上,提出了从通风机、通风网络和通风设施三个方面综合调节的系统节能方案。对主通风机配套了PGQ1-400×2/380型变频调速器对风机进行调速,使得风机实际运行功率可根据矿井实际风量相匹配,提高了风机的平均运行效率;井下局部通风机采用变频调速技术,实现了高效率自动排放瓦斯,提高了安全性能;利用通风机优化理论,在对原通风机进行测试分析的基础上,通过优化配置,启用东风井,增加网络并联支路,扩修巷道断面等措施降低网络阻力,实现了东、北风井通风阻力基本平衡。通过实施矿井堵漏措施,使有效风量提高了9.6%。 通过该项研究的应用,该矿每年可节约电费2376000元,取得了良好的经济效益和安全效益。该项研究对同类矿井通风系统的节能降耗具有一定的推广应用价值。

In colliery production, main ventilators and partial ventilators in the pit offer fresh wind source, which ensures the important link of colliery safety in production and is the biggest electric power consuming apparatus. According to an investigation, the electric power consumption of main ventilators and partial ventilators in the mine accounts for 18%-21% of the whole electricity for production. The energy consumption of the ventilating system not merely relates to apparatus of the electric one, machinery, safe respect of ventilation, but also relates to rational match with complicated lane systems. Through coordination, they can help to form a most efficient ventilating system. This system through to the DaShuiTou coal mine originalventilation system energy consumption performance analysis foundationin, proposed from the ventilator, the well ventilated network andventilates the facility three aspects integrated control the systemenergy conservation plan.
