煤炭是我国主要的能源之一,煤炭工业是我国传统支柱型产业。胶带运输机是煤炭企业生产过程中的重要设备之一,胶带运输机是利用单条或多条皮带将井下生产的煤炭运输到地面的重要设备。在煤矿生产过程中,如何提高煤矿胶带输送机的效率, 减少故障,越来越受到人们的重视。为此一系列的科技新技术被广泛的应用到胶带运输系统设备之中。
传统的胶带运输系统大多采用控制与保护分离的形式,其组建成本大、控制精度低、保护不够全面,并且胶带运输机采用工频拖动,液压耦合传动,运行效率低、维修成本高。针对存在的保护与控制分离的问题本文提出基于ARM-Linux的高效胶带运输控制系统。该控制器主要以ARM9作为主核心处理器,以嵌入式平台为基础,搭建胶带运输系统框架,通过变频器对胶带运输装置进行集中控制,来完成控制与保护功能,该硬件部分主要采用功耗低、处理速度快、片内资源丰富的S3C2440A为核心处理器,应用外围数据采集、以太网口等接口电路;软件部分主要由Linux平台开发了系统软件的移植及应用程序设计等部分组成;在完成上述工作的基础上,基于原课题组开发的上位界面进行了测试,并利用所设计的控制器模拟了现有的胶带运输机变频调速节能控制实验。
测试表明:本文所提出的基于ARM-Linux的高效胶带运输控制器,能够满足煤炭生产过程中的基本要求,且具有维修方便,成本较低、运行可靠等优点,为煤矿安全生产提供了便利条件。

Coal resources are one of the main energy sources in China, and the coal industry is a traditional pillar industry in China.Tape conveyor is one of the important equipment in the production process of coal enterprises.Tape conveyors are important equipment for transporting coal produced underground to the ground using a single or multiple belts.In the coal mine production process, how to improve the efficiency of coal mine belt conveyor, reduce the failure, and more and more people pay attention to.To this end, a series of new technologies are widely used in tape transportation system equipment.
The traditional tape transportation system mostly adopts the form of control and protection separation, which has large assembly cost, low control precision and insufficient protection. The trap conveyor adopts power frequency dragging, hydraulic coupling transmission, low operating efficiency and high maintenance cost.In response to the existing problems, this paper proposes an efficient tape transport control system based on ARM-Linux.This system mainly complete control and protection functions with ARM9 as the processor, based on the embedded platform, building adhesive tape transport system framework, through the inverter for centralized control device of belt conveyor.The hardware part mainly uses the ARM9 chip S3C2440A as the core processor,which has low power consumption, fast processing speed and abundant resources ,and peripheral data acquisition, Ethernet interface and other interface circuits.The software part is mainly composed of the upper computer module, the system software migration, and the application design.On this basis, equipped with the host computer for interface monitoring test, and the existing belt conveyor was used to complete the energy-saving control experiment of variable frequency speed regulation.
The test shows that the high-efficiency tape transport controller based on ARM-Linux proposed in this paper can meet the basic requirements in the coal production process, and has the advantages of convenient maintenance, low cost and reliable operation, which provides convenient conditions for coal mine safety production.
