众所周知,井下的产尘量,特别是采煤机作业时的粉尘浓度含量比普通大气环境的粉尘含量要高数十倍以上,对井下工作人员的生命安全以及身体状况有着极大的影响。本次课题主要研究的是在产尘中PM2.5的浓度分布。国内外在PM2.5的防治上,还没有相应的技术标准,大都矿井利用的是喷雾降尘系统将大粒径的颗粒捕集除尘,针对PM2.5的防治还未重视。问题一方面在于,PM2.5在煤矿安全上来说还属于一个盲区,PM2.5在煤矿中含量的标准还没有具体的数值;另一方面是在于PM2.5在综采面的分布规律不清晰,产生原因的多样性造成的。所以针对综采工作面的PM2.5的浓度分布规律和防治对策的研究,对未来改善井下作业环境以及制定合理的降尘和防尘有着十分重要的指导意义。 本次课题选择陕西省铜川市耀州区崔家沟煤矿三盘区2301工作面作为实验研究地点,以该工作面PM2.5浓度的分布为实验研究依据。从选用合适的测量仪器在综采面对不割煤工作和割煤工作两种工况下的多个测样点进行多次实际测量。通过实验数据测量的方法,记录两种不同工况下PM2.5的沿程浓度分布,根据实验测得数值分析在综采工作面上PM2.5的分布规律。针对本次的实验测量结果,进一步利用数值模拟的技术手段,验证实验分析结论的准确性。根据PM2.5的沿程浓度分布及运动规律,结合当前的防治技术,提出一种对针对综采工作面PM2.5的防治措施建议。 本次课题取得的主要研究成果如下: (1)不割煤作业时,PM2.5的浓度含量十分低,表明风流引起的扬尘不是巷道PM2.5浓度含量增加的因素,主要因素是工作面的煤体在割煤时引起的。 (2)割煤作业时,PM2.5的浓度越靠近综采工作面越越高其含量值越高。主要原因有:一是综采工作面周围的相关割煤设备仪器较多,占据一部分空间;二是综采面的巷道截面偏小,导致该截面处的风速要比其他地方的值大,引起较大的风流,造成更多的扬尘,最终该处PM2.5的浓度值迅速增加。 (3)割煤状态下的PM2.5的沿程浓度在综采面的中央位置出现浓度最大值。 (4)针对矿下的特殊环境,提出采用将化学团聚剂溶液通过雾化喷嘴以雾滴形式喷入工作面防治PM2.5的产生。 本次课题的主要创新点在于: (1)结合当下PM2.5的污染问题,讨论和研究在能源结构占有重要地位的煤炭行业的工作环境及人员安全的问题。 (2)仅针对PM2.5的分布规律进行讨论,不涉及其他粉尘的浓度分布规律。 (3)根据综采面PM2.5的分布规律,结合现今PM2.5的防治技术,针对矿下的特殊环境,提出合适的防治技术建议。

Fully mechanized face dust mine is the largest in the workplace,shearer coal mining work dust concentration exceeded the national hygienic standard tens or even hundreds of times,a serious threat to the workers’ health and safety. This paper mainly discusses the content and distribution of PM2.5 in the dust. Nowdays in the PM2.5 of in living environment,human health has being discussed and studied. At the same time fully mechanized working face dust control has become one of the problems of current coal mine safety work. Many coal mines are used in spray dust dust removal system,mainly for the work or large grain produced particles,also did not attach importance to the prevention and cure of PM2.5 on the one hand. Is that PM2.5 in the coal mine safety,is a blind,PM2.5 content in the coal mines in the standard has no specific value;on the other hand is PM2.5 in the fully mechanized face distribution Law is not clear,so the study of the concentration distribution of PM2.5 in fully mechanized coal face and the corresponding control measures in the future to develop effective dust,dust measures are of great significance. According to the Shaanxi CuiJiaGou coal mine three working face 2301 PM2.5 concentration distribution for experimental study. According to multiple points in actual measurement of PM2.5 times on the pavement concentration distribution along the layout from the selection of appropriate instruments not cutting coal in fully mechanized mining face and coal cutting work under two different conditions,through the method of experiment the data measured,recorded under the two different conditions of PM2.5 concentration along the distribution,according to the measured numerical analysis in fully mechanized mining face distribution,and then put forward the motion law of PM2.5. Finally,based on the obtained concentration distribution along the research results,combined with the current control technology,puts forward a for fully mechanized mining PM2.5 prevention and treatment measures. The main results of this paper are as follows: (1) when the coal is not cut,the concentration of PM2.5 is very low,which indicates that the dust concentration in the roadway is mainly caused by the coal body broken when the coal is cut in the working face,and the dust caused by air flow is not the main factor of PM2.5. (2) cutting coal,the distance of fully mechanized working face closer,higher concentration of PM2.5. Main reasons: one is here to other devices are more in the vicinity of the fully mechanized coal face have reproduced the belt head,occupy a certain space; the second is roadway itself is other smaller. This caused where the wind speed is larger,the belt to reprint the coal drop caused more dust,leading to rapid increase in concentration here. (3) the concentration of PM2.5 in the coal cutting state occurs in the central position of the fully mechanized coal mining face. (4) in the mine,the chemical agglomeration solution through the nozzle to spray droplet form into the prevention and treatment of PM2.5 is proposed. The main innovation of this paper lies in: (1) in combination with the pollution problem of the present PM2.5,the problems of working environment and personnel safety in the coal industry,which occupies an important position in the energy structure,are discussed and studied. (2) only the distribution law of PM2.5 is discussed,and the concentration distribution of other dust is not involved. (3) according to the distribution law of PM2.5 in fully mechanized coal face,combined with the prevention and control technology of PM2.5,the appropriate control technology is put forward according to the special environment of mine.
