随着人类历史进入全球化传媒时代和大众传媒社会，大众传媒以惊人的速度广泛地介入社会生活各个领域并与其发生强烈互动，在现代民主社会的构建中扮演着家庭、学校、政府和其他社会组织不可替代的角色。然而，一直以来，人们总是习惯于从社会上层建筑的角度去理解与探讨大众传媒，这样势必影响对大众传媒天生使命中的价值性特征的探讨和追求。 本文从马克思主义哲学视角对大众传媒相关理论进行分析，指出当代中国大众传媒活动的规律，即：应以彻底的唯物主义为出发点、应坚持对立统一的根本方法、应遵循能动反映论的基本原则、应以唯物史观为归宿。同时，运用马克思主义哲学中国化视野透析当代中国大众传媒推进民主政治理想进程、深化自由平等观念、促进人权保障意识进步、推进社会公平正义理念日趋完善的政治哲学功能。本文最后借由大众传媒的发展对于中国政治文明建设的意义提出当代中国大众传媒应当担当起充当公众参与政治生活的“代言人”、 构建社会主义核心价值体系、为政治社会生活提供动力源泉等责任。 本文在用马克思主义哲学视野对大众传媒进行重点分析，指出了大众传媒的发展对中国政治文明建设的重大意义，虽然有所创新，但出于现实的考虑却不够彻底。相信随着大众传媒对政治、社会、生活的能动性和影响力的不断深入，对大众传媒在中国及其对其对中国政治文明建设的促进作用也必将成为未来学者们的议题。总之，我们应该相信,透过马克思主义哲学视野对大众传媒的剖析是十分有必要的，而大众传媒在中国的发展研究也将不断显现出其强大的生命力，同时它也将成为推动中国政治文明甚至社会文明进步的巨大动力。

With the globalization of human history into the social media age and the mass media, mass media at an alarming rate extensively involved in all areas of social life and is inseparable from the strong interaction, in the construction of a modern democratic society plays the roles of family, schools, government and other irreplaceable roles of organizations. However, all along, people are accustomed to from the perspective of the social superstructure, to understand and explore the mass media, this will certainly affect the mission of the mass media, the value of natural features to explore and pursue. This paper use the perspective of Marxist philosophy to analyze the theory of mass media, that the law of contemporary Chinese mass media activities, namely: a thorough materialism should be the starting point, we should uphold the fundamental unity of opposites methods should follow the dynamic theory of reflection the basic principles of historical materialism as the end result should be. Meanwhile, using the sinicization of Marxist philosophy view of contemporary Chinese media dialysis democratic political ideal process, deepening the concept of freedom and equality, promote awareness of progress in human rights protection, promote social equity and justice functions are maturing political philosophy. Finally, by the mass media for the development of China's political civilization construction significance in contemporary China, mass media should undertake public participation in the political life as the "voice", constructing the socialist core value system, political and social life to provide power source, etc. Based on the use of Marxist philosophy view of mass media are analyzed emphatically pointed out that the development of mass media in China's political civilization construction, although the significance of innovation, but the reality is not considered out completely. Believe that with the mass media for political, social, and the influence of the initiative of the life of mass media, in China and in China for its role in promoting the construction of political civilization will also become the future scholars issues.
