在当今知识经济的大环境下,人力资源成为推动企业持续发展的核心资源。随着知识体系地不断更新,企业要保持市场竞争力,必须通过培训来提升企业人力资源的竞争力,从而使其获得持续发展的创造能力。随着经济地快速发展,作为零售业的领军企业,WM(中国)超市加快了在中国的发展速度,超市门店数量不断增多,员工队伍逐年增加,人力资源管理难度加大。为了进一步提升门店人力资源管理效能,WM(中国)超市需要构建适应企业发展的门店人力资源培训体系。因此,本文以WM(中国)超市门店人力资源为研究对象,构建科学合理的培训体系及实施对策,旨在为WM(中国)超市培养后继发展的人才,提高WM(中国)超市在市场的竞争力。 本文在总结分析培训理论、培训体系、培训制度相关研究成果的基础上,对企业人力资源培训体系、培训发展趋势进行研究。企业培训体系在企业发展战略的基础上,通过建立培训组织机构、完善培训运作流程、制定培训管理制度三个方面进行培训体系构建。其次,通过对WM(中国)超市门店人力资源状况和培训现状进行分析,按照现代企业培训体系的设计理念,科学确定WM(中国)超市门店培训组织机构的培训职责,从培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训组织实施、培训效果评估四个方面完善WM(中国)超市门店培训运作流程,从岗位职能考核制度、培训经费管理制度、培训时间保证制度三个方面来保障WM(中国)超市门店培训工作地有效实施。最后从全员参与培训工作、建立考核激励机制、加强师资队伍建设、创建自主学习氛围等方面提出WM(中国)超市门店培训体系地实施对策,保障WM(中国)超市门店培训体系地建立和运行。

In the era of knowledge economy, human resources becomes the core resource of enterprise development. With the accelerated growth and continuous updation of knowledge, enterprises must increase training of employees for maintaining a strong market competition. WM (China) supermarket ,as a retail leader, speed up development in China and open new stores continuously with the rapid development of the economy. The existing human resources training system of WM (China) supermarket can not satisfy the cultivation of the talent demand triggered by enterprise rapid expansion. Therefore, this article mainly talks about building a scientific and rational training system and implementation strategies with WM (China) supermarket stores as subject the study of human resources, which aim at talent cultivation for the subsequent development of WM (China) supermarkets and improving its market competitiveness. Based on summarize and analysis of research about training theory and training system,this paper study human resource system and development trends. On the basis of enterprises development strategy enterprise training system develop from Establishing a training organization, improving operational training processes and developing training management system. Secondly this paper scientificly define training obligation of WM(China) supermarkets training organizations througn human resource status and training status in stores according to design concept of the modern enterprise training system. Through the training needs analysis, making and implementation of training plan and training effect evaluation WM (China) supermarket training processes are perfected. Post functions appraisal system, training funds management systems and enough training time, can guarantee effective implementation of training in stores of WM(China). Finally proposing measures of full participation in training, establishment of assessment and incentive mechanism, strengthen trainer staff and creating environment of self-study can guarantee set up and effective implementation training system in WM(China) supermarkets.
