谐波齿轮传动是基于柔轮的弹性变形来传递运动或者动力的,它由柔轮、钢轮和波发生器组成,具有传动比大、重量轻、体积小、精度高等优点。本文从谐波齿轮的啮合理论、参数化设计和有限元分析三个方面对谐波齿轮传动进行了研究。 主要研究内容包括以下四个方面:一、以弹性理论为基础,研究了短筒柔轮谐波齿轮传动中主要啮合参数的选取原则,进行了主要部件柔轮、钢轮、波发生器的结构设计。二、在Pro/E平台上,以Pro/Toolkit为开发工具与Vc.Net作为编译环境,实现了短筒柔轮谐波齿轮参数化建模。开发的短筒柔轮谐波齿轮参数化设计系统具有输出三维模型、显示当前模型参数及其数值、修改非关系式驱动尺寸的功能。三、在空载和负载两种状态下,对短筒柔轮进行有限元分析,研究了短筒柔轮的应力场和位移场,并比较短筒柔轮在这两种状态下的应力和位移分布情况,得到短筒柔轮的应力集中区域以及位移最大区域。四、在空载和负载两种情况下,分析筒体厚度对短筒柔轮应力的影响,综合比较得到筒体厚度与短筒柔轮内径比值的一般取值范围。 论文对短筒柔轮谐波齿轮的参数化设计以及有限元分析,为研究其它形式的谐波齿轮提供了一种思路和方法。

Being based on the flexible deformation, harmonic gear drive achieves transferring its motion or power and is made up of short flexspline, rigidity gear and wave generator. It has many merits such as big ratio of transmission, small weight and capacity, high drive accuracy and so on. This paper studied three parts of the theory of engagement and parameterization design and finite element analysis. The primary research contents of this paper including the four following aspects: Firstly, based on the elastic theory, the paper studied the selection principle of main parameters of harmonic gear drive; and designed the structure of major components which include short flexspline, rigidity gear and wave generator. Secondly, on the platform of Pro/E and making use of the development tools of Pro/Toolkit and Vc.Net, the Parametric Design of Short Flexspline Harmonic Gear was achieved. This system can output three-model, show the parameters and their values of current model, modified the size of non-relationship-driven capabilities. Thirdly, the paper establishes a finite element analysis model of the Short flexspline in the no-load and load conditions, studied stress and displacement field, and compared the distribution of stress and displacement in different status. Fourthly, in the no-load and load conditions, we studied the affection of shell thickness on the short flexspline stress, and got a general range of shell thickness and diameter of short flexspline ratio by compared the result. By designing parameterization design and finite element analysis on Short Flexspline Harmonic Gear, they have provided a kind of way of thinking and method for the design of other Harmonic Gear.
