动脉硬化是引起各类心脑血管疾病发病的主要原因,每年有很多人死于动脉硬化引发的心脑血管疾病。及早对动脉的功能和结构进行评价对预防和治疗心脑血管疾病具有重要意义。
本文研究了动脉硬化的检测原理和检测方法,采用了检测脉搏波速度和踝臂指数的方法对动脉的功能和结构进行评价。它可以检测早期动脉功能的异常, 综合反映各种危险因素对血管的损伤。在前期没有症状的情况下判断出动脉的硬化程度,进行早期检查和治疗,就可以减少心肌梗塞、脑血管意外、猝死等的发生,提高生活质量,延长寿命。
整个动脉硬化检测系统,是由下位机和上位机两个部分组成。直接测量的参数有心电,心音和脉搏波。通过测量动脉上两个不同位置的脉搏波,可以得出脉搏波速度,同时由脉搏波可以计算出动脉的血压,进而得出踝臂指数。
下位机系统包括,硬件电路设计和下位机软件部分。硬件部分有:心音信号硬件部分,心音信号硬件部分和脉搏波硬件部分。下位机采用MSP430F149 单片机,用IAR编译环境进行编程,各种信号通过调理后由单片机控制AD转换成数字信号,然后经通信接口将数据传送到上位机。上位机采用C++进行编程,并通过通讯端口对下位机进行控制,各种信号在测量过程中的波形和测量完成后的测量结果会在显示器中进行显示。
本文重点设计了下位机部分,最后通过与上位机连接调试,基本达到了设计要求,完成了动脉硬化测量系统。

The main reason of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is caused by atherosclerosis, and many people die of arteriosclerosis caused disease each year. It is a great significance for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prevention and treatment by artery functions and the structure evaluation in early time.
The atherosclerosis detection principle and testing method were studied in this paper, and the pulse wave velocity and the ankle brachial index method were used in this arterial functions and the structure evaluation system. This system can detect the arteries’ function abnormal early, and reflect various risk factors for vascular injury. Myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident and sudden death were reduced, and life qualities were improved ,and life was prolonged,for early detection and treatment
The whole arteriosclerosis detection system is formed by the lower level computer and PC two parts. Electrocardiogram, cardio phonogram and pulse wave parameter were measured directly in this system. The pulse wave velocity was known, by measuring pulse wave in two different arteries positions. The blood pressure can be calculated by the pulse wave too, and the arteries ankle brachial index was known using the blood pressure.
Lower level computer system part includes hardware circuit design and lower level computer software. The whole hardware parts include electrocardio signal processing hardware circuit, heart sounds signal processing hardware circuit and pulse wave processing hardware circuit. Various regulated analog signals were converted into digital signals, by the control of microcontroller, and these data was send to personal computer by microcontroller. MSP430F149 microcontroller was used in this system, and lower level computer software was developed by IAR compile tools. C++ programming language was used in personal computer software; lower level computer was controlled by personal computer used communication interface. All signals were real-time displayed in the form of waveform by displayer, and display arteriosclerosis evaluation results too after detection.
This paper was emphasis on lower place machine parts design, through commissioning connected with personal computer, the debugging results reach our design requirements, and finally the arteriosclerosis detection system were finished.
