本论文旨在讨论在线UPS中有源功率因数校正电路全数字化的研究。随着数字控制技术的不断发展,越来越多的控制策略通过数字信号处理器(DSP)得以实现。数字化控制是支持UPS发展的关键技术。数字化控制同模拟控制相比有着诸多优势,比如控制方式实现更简单,控制方式更加灵活,输出性能更加稳定,没有零点漂移,静态工作点稳定,可以实现集成化和小型化等。 本文在平均电流模式控制有源功率因数校正技术的基础上,建立了平均电流控制电压环、电流环的数学模型,提出设计思路。设计了一种基于数字信号处理器的控制电路。实验平台主要由主电路、控制电路和辅助电源电路等三部分组成。主电路采用Boost变换器拓扑结构、控制电路主要由TMS320F2407为控制单元、辅助电源电路为控制电路中各器件提供工作电压。 论文中利用Matlab仿真工具对该算法进行了仿真,验证了算法的正确性,为实际系统的设计奠定了基础。在己经设计好软硬件的基础上,通过实验验证了PFC电路的工作原理和数字控制方案的可行性,实验结果表明本设计取得了良好地效果。

This paper aims to discuss the online UPS in the active power factor correction circuit of an all-digital research. Digital control technology with the continuous development, an increasing number of control strategies through the digital signal processor (DSP) can be achieved. Digital control is to support the development of key technologies for UPS. Digital control with analog control has many advantages compared to, for example, means control is simpler and more flexible control mode, the output performance of a more stable, there is no zero drift, the stability of the static operating point, can be integrated and small, and so on. In this paper, the average current mode control of active power factor correction technique based on the average current control voltage loop, current loop mathematical model, the design ideas. A digital signal processor-based control circuit. Experimental platform by the main circuit, control circuit and auxiliary power circuit is composed of three parts and so on. Boost converter main circuit topology, control circuitry for the control of the main unit by the TMS320F2407, auxiliary power supply circuit for the control circuit to provide operating voltage of the device. Use of papers in the simulation tool Matlab simulation of the algorithm to verify the correctness of the algorithm for the design of the actual system laid the foundation. In hardware and software has been designed on the basis of the experimental verification through the work of the PFC circuit theory and digital control programs of the feasibility of the design of experimental results show that the good results achieved.
