聚乙烯(PE)管具有水力性能优越、密度低、韧性好、耐腐蚀、绝缘性能好、易于施工和安装等特点,广泛应用于市政和建筑给排水、燃气、供热采暖、电线电缆穿线、农用节水灌溉等领域。针对于聚乙烯管道的种种优势及优秀的经济效益探索聚乙烯管应用于管道铺设项目的可行性研究,已显得至关重要。

近年来,随着国改革开放的不断深入国家对基础设施建设的进一步投入,国内对塑料管道的需求一直保持着年均13%以上的增长速度。一方面,根据国家能源局最新规划,“十三五”期间鼓励以气代油,促进天然气产业发展,努力促使天然气在我国能源消费结构中的比重由3.6%提高到8%以上,城市燃气的需求量将日益增长,天然气管网建设进入高潮。另一方面,目前中国经济的强劲发展和政府对基础建设投入的提高,带动了城镇燃气、给排水管网更新和改建的发展。民用、商用对燃气和水的强力需求,又加快了各种资本对这个市场的进入。新设施建设增加,同样增强了对管网的需求。

本文通过调研国内外聚乙烯管道的发展及研究现状,并以此为出发点,结合X市的地貌、气候、水资源量等自然区域特征及聚乙烯管的规格和性能优点,确定X市所用聚乙烯管的方案,包括所用PE管所要求的特点及主要技术参数。

综合以上分析研究内容,从本身可靠性、环境、职业安全、风险评价和经济效益等5方面进一步分析了聚乙烯管作为X市燃气和给水排水管道项目的可行性。由此得出以下结论:X市管道项目选用的聚乙烯(PE)管道具有高韧性、流阻小、施工便捷、挠度较为良好且耐腐蚀、耐低温等优点,接口连接选用焊接和机械密封相配合的方法,其在环境、安全、风险评价和经济效益是是可行的。因此,可制定适合于X市聚乙烯(PE)管道项目施工方案以指导施工。该项目研究的可行性符合我国“以塑代钢”的政策,对于聚乙烯管进一步广泛应用于我国的管道输送项目具有重要的参考价值。

With the wide application of polyethylene (PE) pipeline in the laying of gas pipe and water supply and drainage pipe, the feasibility of applying polyethylene pipe in the pipeline laying project of X city is explored. To investigate the development and research status of polyethylene pipes at home and abroad, and to determine the scheme of polyethylene pipes used in X city, including the required characteristics and main technical parameters of the PE pipes, based on the natural regional characteristics of X city, such as landform, climate and water resources, as well as the specifications and performance advantages of polyethylene pipes. The process technology of polyethylene (PE) pipe is systematically studied, which mainly involves the production process technology and the connection process at the joint, including the hot melt connection method and the electric melt connection method of the welding and welding connection process, the flange joint connection of the mechanical seal connection process, the connection of the prefabricated steel-plastic transition pipe and the mechanical seal connection and other process methods. The production process plan of polyethylene pipe ensures the quality of the polyethylene pipe used in X city, while the combination of welding process and mechanical seal connection process in the connection process ensures the connection at the joint. The study on the cooperation between the two provides a strong foundation for the construction of X city's polyethylene pipeline project. Based on the above analysis and research, the feasibility of polyethylene pipe as a gas and water supply and drainage pipeline project in X city was further analyzed from five aspects including reliability, environment, occupational safety, risk assessment and economic benefits. Thus conclude that X city pipeline project of polyethylene (PE) pipe has high toughness, small flow resistance, construction is convenient, the deflection is good and the advantages of corrosion resistance, good low temperature resistance, interface to connect with the method of choosing welding and mechanical seal, the risk assessment, safety and environmental and economic benefits is feasible. Therefore, a construction plan suitable for the PE pipeline project in X city can be formulated to guide the construction. The feasibility of this project is in line with China's policy of "replacing steel with plastic", and has important reference value for the further extensive application of polyethylene pipe in China's pipeline transportation projects.
