随着计算机技术的不断发展和三维可视化平台的广泛利用,传统的景区规划手段已经不再适应现代景区快速发展的需求,为此,本论文结合景区规划、测绘和计算机技术,将三维景观建模技术和可视化技术很好的融合到景区规划管理中,为地理空间数据的管理、存储、分析和使用提供一个新的思路。
本次论文结合敦煌阳关景区特殊的地形地貌和民俗文化,利用其等高线地形图对景区进行功能区域划分,确定规划范围和游赏路线,在此基础上制定敦煌阳关景区 “一带七区”式的景区发展模块。针对各个景点设计其规划方案和建成效果图,并完善景区基础服务设施的设计工作,如用地适宜性评价图、土地利用现状图、重点项目分布图、道路交通规划图、电力电讯工程规划图、竖向规划图等图件。
为了改变目前景点展示手法单一性的局面,提高景区的管理,本论文引进景观三维可视化技术,在前期规划的基础上,基于3DMax平台实现景区三维模型场景的搭建,从而使规划分析建立在全面直观的空间模型分析之上,使景区划分更具科学合理性。以敦煌阳关景区重要节点——葡萄文化体验区为实验对象,采用Unity3d和C#作为三维可视化的开发平台和开发语言,实现葡萄文化体验区的虚拟漫游和基础服务设施查询功能,可以更加方便游客对景区进行观赏游览,帮助管理者制定科学的、具有前瞻性的决策。

With the continuous development of computer technology and the wide use of 3D platform,the traditional planning methods have not adapted to the scenic area development needs,therefore,this paper combines the attractions planning、surveying and computer technology together and provides a new train of thought for data management, storage and analysis of geographic spatial .And it still can merge the 3D Landscape modeling technology and visualization technology good together to the scenic area planning management.
This paper combines special topography and the folk custom culture of Yangguan Dunhuang, divide the function area by using the contour map .On this basis,we accomplish the scope planning, tourism route determination and the node design and planning. Based on the 3DMax platform area we still made the 3D scene structures came true. So that the planning analysis could based on comprehensive visual spatial model analysis,and of couse it could enhance the planning decision-making understanding of the scenic, so the scenic spot division could be more scientific and rationality.
In order to change the single situation of current scenic spot display, improve the scenic spot management, we make the important spot as the experimental object, using Unity3D and C# as the three-dimensional visualization of the development platform and the development of language, implement the virtual roaming and service infrastructure inquiry function of the Grape Cultural Experience Area. It can help the managers to make the scientific and forward-looking decisions.
