随着知识经济的深入发展,市场环境呈现出前所未有的复杂性和不确定性,企业不再是以单纯的金融资本或自然资本作为战略资源,知识已经成为企业在激烈市场竞争中生存、发展和获得持续竞争优势的主要资源,特别是对于IT这个特点突出的行业来说,建立一种全新的知识管理思想和模式,是企业能否赢得竞争的关键。
基于知识管理与竞争优势的基本理论和已有的研究成果,本文尝试构建IT企业知识管理能力与竞争优势关系的研究模型,在对知识管理认知度初始调查的基础上,根据该研究模型的需要设计了包含知识管理能力、竞争优势、知识管理能力的影响因素三类测度指标的调查问卷,通过对一些IT企业的调查取得了相关基本数据,利用统计分析方法通过了信度和效度检验,构建了知识管理能力、知识管理能力影响因素及竞争优势量化指标。在此基础上利用数据包络分析模型对“知识管理能力形成竞争优势”及回归方法对“知识管理影响因素决定知识管理能力”的命题进行了实证分析,实证分析结果证明了命题的合理性;同时,通过数据分析检测到“信息技术”不是实际中人们认为的实施有效的知识管理的决定因素,“人”才是关键因素。
本研究表明,通过对IT企业知识管理与竞争优势关系的量化分析,可以检测企业现有条件下的知识管理与竞争优势的相对匹配程度,通过影响因素的回归分析可以明确企业知识管理在哪些方面还需要进一步提升,为IT企业获取、维持、提高竞争优势指明知识管理的方向。

With deep development of knowledge economy, the market environment becomes complex and uncertain on an unheard-of scale. Strategy resource is not limited as only capitals or natural resources any more, and knowledge is becoming the main resource for enterprises to survive, develop and attain sustainable competitive advantage in competition, especially for IT industry with special characteristics, so building a totally new ideology and mode of knowledge management is the key for winning competition. Therefore, it is important for IT enterprises to study that how to get sustainable competitive advantage through effective knowledge management.
According to the basic theories of the knowledge management and the competitive advantage and the research result already exist, this text tried to set up the relation model between the knowledge management capability and IT enterprises competitive advantage. Based on a simple investigation on cognition of knowledge management, I design three measure parts of the knowledge management capability, competitive advantage and the influencing factors of the knowledge management capability. By the inquisition of some enterprises, I obtained relatively basic data, making use of statistics an analytical method to pass the test of reliability and the effect, setting up the index of the knowledge management capability, knowledge to manage the capability influence factor and the competitive advantage. On this basis, the text analyzed "the knowledge management capability formation competitive advantage" and "the knowledge management influence factor to decide the knowledge management capability". These two subjects respectively adopt Data Envelopment Analysis and Regression Analysis. The result proved the propositions. At the same time, "the information technique" actually is not the valid knowledge management of decision factor as people think; "person" just is the most decisive factor.
The thesis express that it can measure the matching degree of the level of IT enterprises knowledge management capability and competitive advantage, through the enterprise knowledge management capability and the competitive advantage relation of the quantity analysis. In addition, by the contrast knowledge management capability influence factor and knowledge management Regression Analysis, we can define the aspects of the knowledge management capability of the enterprises needed promote further, which points out the directions of knowledge management in order to obtain, maintain, and raise the competitive advantage for enterprises
