随着高产高效矿井的不断推进,刮板输送机作为综采工作面的主要运输设备正朝着大运量、长运距、大功率的方向发展。刮板链是刮板输送机的牵引机构,它的工作状态制约刮板输送机的正常运行,同时会对矿井的安全与产量造成影响,因此对链条张力的调节装置刮板输送机自动张紧系统的重要组成部分自动张紧液压系统的研究就显得尤为重要。本文完成的工作主要包括:
在研究刮板输送机自动张紧系统的基础上,分析了影响链条张力的主要因素,并对其中货载量对链条张力的影响进行了分析;对自动张紧液压系统的结构与工作原理进行了研究,根据液压基本原理对其主要液压元件的参数进行了计算;采用AMESim软件,利用其标准液压元件库,搭建了自动张紧液压系统的仿真模型,对系统在伸出与收缩两个工况的性能进行了仿真;在对遗传算法与PID工作原理研究的基础上,针对上述仿真结果所发现的问题,确定了基于遗传算法的PID优化方案,并且采用此方案对系统的性能进行了优化,使其达到预期的目标。
本论文的研究工作不仅为对提高刮板输送机自动张紧液压系统的工作性能以及今后的设计提供了理论基础,也为多学科领域复杂系统建模仿真与优化提供了新思路。

With the development of high productivity and high efficiency in coal mine, the scraper conveyer which is the main transport equipment of the fully mechanized coal mining face, is developing towards the direction of large capacity, long distance and large power. As the drawing mechanism of the scraper conveyer, the scraper chain’s working state has a great influence on the scraper conveyer, and also it affects the safety production of the mine. So it’s important to analysis and optimize the characteristics of the control apparatus of chain tension or the automatic tensioning system of the scraper conveyor. The work completed in this paper mainly includes as follows:
Based on the study of the automatic scraper conveyor tensioning system working principle, this paper analyze the main factor influencing the tension force of the chain, and also analyze the influence on tension force of the chain, which is affected by loads. The structure and working principle of the automatic tensioning hydraulic system is studied and the parameters of the hydraulic components are calculated based on principle of hydraulic. The working principle of automatic tensioning system of the scraper conveyor was studied, and both of the working performances of extension and shrinking were analyzed after the construction of simulation model of the hydraulic system in AMESim. With the study of the genetic algorithm and the working principle of PID, the performance of the system in the constraining conditions are optimized based on PID using genetic algorithm to solve the problems in the simulation, which makes the performance of the system achieve the designed effect.
The research work of this paper not only proves a theoretical basis for the improvement of the working performance of the automatic tensioning system of the scraper conveyor and the design in the future, but also offers a new method for the modeling, simulation and optimization of the complex system in multiple disciplines.
