煤矿供电系统是整个矿井的核心,它直接影响着煤矿的安全、生产等各方面,供电系统是现代煤矿生产的基础, 供电的可靠性是煤矿安全的基础之一。 本文采用理论分析和实践相结合原则,对井下供电系统现状进行分析,指出了供电系统存在的主要问题:高压系统的越级跳闸和高低压系统的选择性漏电保护不可靠等。 对出现的问题进行了理论分析和探讨,提出了完整的解决方案。根据解决方案,对何庄煤矿的供电系统进行了 改造。主要研究内容如下: 本文采用理论分析和实践相结合原则, 通过对何庄煤矿井下供电系统现状和存在的主要问题进行系统分析, 针对高压供电的越级跳闸问题, 本文对原解决越级跳闸采用网络技术实现高压供电闭锁、 供电系统优化, 双回路分列运行等解决方法的弊端进行理论分析,提出采用提高信号采集,集中传输方式的专用控制器进行控制,实现高压供电系统的防越级跳闸问题。 针对目前采用的零序电流型、零序电压型、功率方向型漏电保护进行理论分析, 找出影响选择性的主要原因是采样时零序值和方向检测误差造成的, 提出了采用电容和电阻多个回路并联对零序电压进行测量,基本解决零序参数数值和方向测量不准问题, 并通过研制专用保护器,基本上解决了低压漏电选择性差的问题。 通过现场实践,对何庄煤矿供电系统中存在越级跳闸与漏电保护不可靠的问题, 通过本文的研究和在现场近一年的实践运行, 基本达到了设计改造的目的, 确保了何庄煤矿供电系统运行的安全可靠性。本文的研究成果对煤矿供电安全存在普遍性指导意义。

Coal mine power supply system is the core of the whole mine, it directly affects the coal mine safety, production and so on various aspects of power supply system is the foundation of modern coal mine production, the reliability of the power supply is one of the basis of coal mine safety. Based on the theory analysis and practice principle, analyze the present situation of the underground power supply system, points out the main problems of power supply system: high-voltage system above the tripping and selective leakage protection of high and low voltage system is not reliable, etc. Analysis and discussion on the problems in the theory,put forward the complete solution. According to the solution of He Zhuang coal mine power supply system is reformed. The main research content is as follows: Based on the theory analysis and practice principle, through to the He Zhuang coal mine power supply system present situation and main problems existed in the system analysis, in view of the high voltage power supply went trip problem, in this paper, the original address above trip high voltage power supply atresia, power supply system is realized by using network technology optimization, double circuit respectively run etc. Through theoretical analysis, the disadvantages of the solution is proposed to improve the signal acquisition,focused, dedicated controller to control the transmission way, realization of high voltage power supply system went against trip problem. In view of the present use of zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage, power direction type electric leakage protection theory analysis, find out the influence is the main reason of the selective sampling error caused by the zero sequence values and direction detection, proposed USES the multiple loop capacitor and resistor connected in parallel on the zero sequence voltage measurements, numerical value and direction measurement is allowed to basically solve the zero sequence parameters, and through the development of special protector, basically solved the low-voltage leakage problem of poor selectivity. He Zhuang through the field practice and the great trip and electric leakage protection exist in the coal mine power supply system is not reliable, through this article research and practice of nearly one year running at the scene, basic to achieve the purpose of the design modification, ensure the safety and reliability of He Zhuang coal mine power supply system is running. In this paper, the research achievements of exist universal guiding significance to coal mine power supply security.
