抗灾变性反映了配电网抵御灾害性事故的应变能力,分析配电网的抗灾变性可以为电网规划、运行及扩展改造提供参考价值,本文研究了配电网抗灾变性分析算法,实现了配电网抗灾变性分析应用软件,主要工作包括: 为了反映负荷模型对配电网抗灾变性的影响,增加考虑了负荷的不确定性,建立了负荷的不确定性模型,提出了考虑负荷不确定性的配电网抗灾变性指标及相应的分析方法。 针对配电网实际运行中负荷随时间不停变化的情况,文中对负荷曲线进行分段处理,可以进行负荷变化情况下的抗灾变性分析,设计了绘制综合指标曲线的展现形式,可以反映配电网在不同时段、不同负荷下的抗灾变能力。 实现了考虑负荷模型的配电网抗灾变性分析算法,主要步骤分为:简化模型建立,负荷直接恢复,静态安全程度计算,以甩负荷量最小为目标的网络重构,分析指标计算及分析结果展现。计算指标时选择甩负荷量最小对应的网络重构方案,可以保证指标的最优性。 基于VC++6.0平台,实现了包含上述内容的配电网抗灾变性分析应用软件,采用多个典型算例对提出的指标和分析方法进行分析和验证。结果表明,文中所提出的指标和分析方法具有一定的可行性。

The anti-fault performance reflects the ability of the electric distribution grids when disaster accident happens. The evaluation of anti-fault permance for the electric distribution girds can provide reference for the planning, working and expansion of power grids. The algorithm and application software of anti-fault performance evaluation for distribution girds are realized in the paper, the following are the main work: In order to reflect the influence due to the model of loads for the anti-fault performance of the electric distribution grids,the uncertainty of loads are taken into consideration. A set of indexes to evaluate the anti-fault performance of distribution girds are redefined. Considering the variability of the loads in the distribution grids, the load curves are made into several sections to realize the evaluation of anti-fault performance under the varying loads. The comprehensive index curves can reflect the law of anti-fault performance with the time clearly. The algorithm of anti-fault performance evaluation for the electric distribution girds considering the load model is realized. Its main steps are the establishment of model, restoration of sound area, static security degree calculation,network restructure,indexes calculation and evaluation results display. The scheme of the minimum load shedding network restructure can ensure the indexes are optimal. The application software including the above work is programmed by VC++6.0,on which the proposed indexes and methods are tested and verified showing the feasibility.
