OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive)是一种用来粘结光学器件的压敏胶膜,它要求具备高透光率、高持粘力以及优异的耐老化性能。OCA压敏胶膜的制备主要有溶剂法和非溶剂法(非溶剂法即UV固化和EB固化),其中UV固化型OCA压敏胶因无溶剂挥发和无残余溶剂等优点成为研究的热点。本研究旨在合成出一种UV固化型光敏树脂预聚物,并添加各种助剂制成胶液,采用UV固化法制备出一种高持粘力、高透光率的OCA压敏胶膜。
本文以聚丙二醇(PPG2000)、异氰酸酯(TDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料,以对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸(HDDA)为稀释剂合成分子量大小及分子量分布合理、粘度适中且色相好的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚物。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对合成的产物进行化学结构和组成的分析,研究了反应工艺、单体配比对PUA结构、分子量大小和分子量分布的影响,探讨了PUA透光率和粘度的影响因素;结果得出:PUA预聚物的合成工艺制度为:60℃/1h→65℃/1h→80℃/3h,且当n(TDI): n(PPG): n(HEA)为2.3:1:2,阻聚剂w(对羟基苯甲醚)为0.3%,稀释剂w(HDDA)为20%时(均相对于总质量),合成的PUA为无色透明状液体,分子量达到11200,分子量大小分布宽度指数为2.58,粘度为15000mPa•s。
以合成的PUA作为UV固化用低聚物,并添加各种助剂制备OCA压敏胶膜。通过对光学性能、粘结性能和老化性能的测试,研究了各个组分对OCA压敏胶膜性能的影响,结果得出:当光引发剂w(BP)为5%、增粘树脂w(萜烯树脂)为9%,以及活性稀释剂w(HDDA)为3.75%,w(EM3260)为3.75%时(均相对于PUA质量),可制备出透光率达到98.5%,初粘力达到9号球,持粘力达到22h,180°剥离强度达到1.8KN/m,且耐老化性能和热稳定性优异的OCA压敏胶膜。

Optically clear adhesive (OCA) was a kind of pressure-sensitive adhesive possessing high light transmittance, high holding tack and good aging resistant performance, which was used for bonding optical device. The OCA pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared mainly by solvent and non-solvent methods, among them, UV curable OCA pressure sensitive adhesive has become a hot research because of the advantages of no solvent evaporation and no residual solvent. The aim of this study was to synthesize a kind of UV curable photosensitive resin prepolymer, and OCA pressure sensitive adhesive film possessing high holding tack and high light transmittance was prepared by UV curing method, with adding various additives.
In this study, with poly propylene glycol (PPG2000), isocyanate TDI and hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA) as the main material, p-hydroxy phenyl ether as polymerization inhibitor, HDDA as diluent, the polyurethane acrylate was synthesized, which had reasonable molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, suitable viscosity and high light transmittance. The influences of synthesis process and monomer ratio on the chemical construction, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PUA were researched through analysising FT-IR and GPC. And the influencing factors of PUA transmittance and viscosity were discussed. The results showed that: the synthesis system of PUA was that the first step was at 60℃ for 1 hour after heating to 65℃ for 1 hour, the second step was 80℃ for 3 hours, and when the monomer ratio of TDI, PPG and HEA was 2.3:1:2, the contents of inhibitor and diluent reached to 0.3% and 20% respectively, the synthetic PUA was colorless and transparent liquid, whose molecular weight reached to 11200 points and molecular weight distribution width index was 2.58, whose viscosity was 15000mPa.s.
With synthetic PUA as UV curable oligomers, OCA pressure sensitive adhesive film was prepared by adding various additives. The effects of various components on the properties of OCA pressure sensitive adhesive film were studied by testing the optical properties, bonding properties and aging properties. The results showed that: when the content of light initiator (BP), tackifying resin, and the reactive diluent were respectively 5%, 9% and 7.5% in PUA, it was extremely excellent for the optical performance, bonding performance and stability of OCA pressure-sensitive adhesive film. Its light transmission rate reached to 98.5%, the initial tack reached to 9 ball, holding tack were 22h, 180° peel strength reached to 1.8KN/m. The thermal stability and resistance to aging properties were excellent.
