煤自燃一旦发生,治理难度较大,做好采空区温度监测显得尤为重要。目前常用的监测方法存在不同的缺陷,无线传感网络因其具有低成本低功耗、高扩展性高覆盖率、配置和组网灵活等特点,迅速在矿井生产中得到广泛应用。但是目前主要用于井下巷道中环境的监测,对于采空区煤自燃的监测研究较少。因此开展对采空区无线温度传感网络通信性能研究显得尤为重要。 本文研究了采空区无线温度传感网络相关理论,确定了温度监测指标,分析了采空区温度场探测的难点以及井下环境对无线通信的影响因素。通过模拟自由空间、直巷道、弯曲巷道、倾斜巷道及采空区,测试434MHz、868MHz、915MHz和955MHz四个频率的丢包率,选择434 MHz作为最佳通信频率。同时基于Wave Mesh协议从节点和网关硬软件、设备抗干扰性和防爆外壳、上位机监测软件三方面进行设计。最后在南屯煤矿进行系统试验,一方面在矿井巷道中测试系统的通信距离,另一方面在采空区内测试系统的通信性能,得出采空区内节点间多跳最大距离为3.5m的结论。因此,该无线温度传感网络系统能够较长时间准确监测采空区内温度,为采空区煤自燃判断提供依据。

Once the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion,it is difficult to control,then doing gob temperature monitoring is particularly important.there are different defects in common monitoring methods,Wireless sensor networks has been widely used in mine production because of its low cost and power, high scalability and coverage, flexible configuration and networking.But now it is mainly used to monitor the environment in mine underground roadway,having little study on coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out the study on communication performance of wireless temperature sensor network in goaf. This paper studied the relevant theory of Wireless temperature sensor network in goaf,identified the monitoring temperature indicator,analyzed the detecting difficulty of temperature Field in goaf and influencing factors underground environment for wireless communication.By simulating the free space, straight roadway, curved roadway,inclined roadway and Gob,then testing the packet loss rate of 434MHz, 868MHz, 915MHz and 955MHz,434 MHz was selected to be the best communicating frequency.Then, based on Wave Mesh protocol ,the system considering the node and gateway hardware and software , equipment immunity and explosion proof enclosure,PC monitoring software were designed.Finally,the system test was done in NanTun Coal Mine.On the one hand,testing the system communication distance in mine underground roadway,on the other hand, testing the system communication performance in goaf.the maximum multi-hop distance between nodes buried gob in Nantun coal mine was 3.5 meters.The wireless temperature sensor network system could accurately monitor the temperature in goaf and provided basis for coal spontaneous combustion judjement in goaf.
