近年来，中国银行业发生了历史性的巨变，在符合银行长期经营目标的基础上，采用恰当的绩效考核体系和指标对银行的绩效进行评价，不仅有助于商业银行量化决策模型以及各部门或人员的真实业绩，制定合理的激励制度，挖掘各部门潜力以提升银行的竞争力，而且有助于利益相关者评估银行过去和现在的财务状况和经营成果，预测银行未来的发展前景。 　　　因此，本文在综述国内外相关研究成果的基础上总结各类观点，以绩效考核的理论研究为基础，以J银行的实际绩效考核现状为依据，指出其在管理过程中绩效考核体系存在的缺陷及不利影响，针对其绩效考核体系中存在的问题，从银行自身，金融监管部门和大股东三个方面提出相关政策上的相关改进意见，这不仅将大大推动J银行的绩效系统发展，还能让同类企业得以借鉴学习 　　　本文的研究对于解决J银行绩效考核体系现存问题具有一定的指导意义。同时也为其他商业银行的绩效考核指标体系的设计和评价提供参考和借鉴。

Nowadays, China’s banking has undergone historic changes. In accordance with the long term business objective, adopting a reasonable performance evaluation system it is good for developing the banks’ quantifiable decision model,showing the true achievements of every department,establishing a appropriate incentive system, exploring all parts of sections’ potentials, then to improve banks’ competitive strength. Also, it’s beneficial to stakeholders evaluate the financial situation and the operation performance of the banks’ past and present and predict the bank’s foresee improvements. 　　　So, this article expatiated on the related theories and methods for performance examination in commercial banks home and abroad. Then, based on the theory of performance evaluation, according to the present performance examination situation of J bank, this thesis analysed the problems in J bank’s systems, and its’bad influence for it.For these topics, this article proposed three aspacts of policy suggestions include bank itself, fanacial supervision department, and stockholders to improve this performance evaluation system. It’s to push forward J bank’s performance examination development and has somehow a great meaning to the other commercial banks. 　　　The research for this thesis has a certain significance to solve the existing problem in J bank’s performance assessment. But also it provides reference to design and make an estimate of performance evaluation system for other similar bank.
