农业现代化作为中国式现代化的重要组成部分,是推动我国从农业大国迈向农业强国的关键支撑,而在数智化转型的强劲推动下,农业领域的数字化和智能化进程正以前所未有的速度推进,信息技术在农业生产中的广泛应用为提升生产效率、优化资源配置以及推动生态可持续发展提供了坚实的技术保障;然而,当前农业企业员工培训的系统优化研究仍显不足,缺乏能够切实满足数智化转型需求的实践指导,因此,本文以青海省K农业企业为研究对象,结合文献综述、问卷调查及专家访谈等多种研究方法,对该企业在数智化进程中的员工培训现状展开深入分析,发现管理层重视不够、培训需求调研不充分、培训体系不完善以及培训效果评估与成果转化机制薄弱等一系列问题,并据此提出优化员工培训的路径,为农业企业在数智化背景下构建系统性培训工作提供有益借鉴。

研究表明,数智化背景下的农业企业在员工培训方面所面临的主要问题体现在管理层对培训工作的重视程度不足,使培训质量难以有效保障;培训需求分析深度不够,导致培训内容缺乏针对性和系统性,无法充分满足员工对数字技能的实际需求;培训体系设计的不完善则进一步导致员工在数智化技能上的短板愈加凸显;而由于培训效果评估和成果转化机制的缺失,培训成效无法被量化,员工技能的提升与企业整体竞争力的增强难以形成有效衔接,从而对企业在数智化转型中的人员适应能力和发展潜力造成显著影响。基于上述问题,本文建议农业企业从战略高度重视员工培训,将其视为长期发展规划的重要组成部分,通过深入的培训需求调研确保课程设计的针对性与实用性,同时依托线上线下相结合的灵活培训模式进一步提升员工的学习积极性与参与度,以有效应对数智化转型中的技能需求;此外,企业还需建立完善的闭环管理模式,从需求分析、课程设计到效果评估实现全流程系统化规划,引入以关键绩效指标(KPI)为核心的科学评估机制,从而全面衡量培训效果并与员工绩效考核挂钩,以此激发员工的学习动力与自我提升能力。

本文不仅为农业企业在数智化转型背景下优化员工培训提供了理论依据与实践参考,同时也为类似企业在提升培训效果和创新培训形式方面提出了可操作性的思路,旨在通过构建完善的培训体系全面提升员工技能水平,为我国农业企业在数智化浪潮中保持竞争优势提供坚实支撑。

As an important part of Chinese path to modernization, agricultural modernization is the key support for China's transformation from a big agricultural country to a powerful agricultural country. With the strong promotion of digital and intelligent transformation, the digital and intelligent process in the agricultural field is advancing at an unprecedented speed. The extensive application of information technology in agricultural production provides a solid technical guarantee for improving production efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and promoting ecological sustainable development; However, there is still a lack of systematic optimization research on employee training in agricultural enterprises, and there is a lack of practical guidance that can effectively meet the needs of digital transformation. Therefore, this article takes K Agricultural Enterprise in Qinghai Province as the research object, and combines multiple research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and expert interviews to conduct in-depth analysis of the current situation of employee training in the process of digitalization. It is found that the management does not attach enough importance to it, the training demand research is insufficient, the training system is incomplete, and the training effect evaluation and achievement transformation mechanism are weak. Based on this, a path to optimize employee training is proposed, providing useful reference for agricultural enterprises to build systematic training work in the context of digitalization.

Research has shown that the main problem faced by agricultural enterprises in terms of employee training under the background of digitization is the insufficient attention given by management to training work, which makes it difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of training; The insufficient depth of training needs analysis results in a lack of targeted and systematic training content, which cannot fully meet the actual needs of employees for digital skills; The imperfect design of the training system further highlights the shortcomings of employees in digital skills; However, due to the lack of mechanisms for evaluating training effectiveness and transforming results, the effectiveness of training cannot be quantified, and the improvement of employee skills is difficult to effectively connect with the enhancement of the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. This has a significant impact on the adaptability and development potential of personnel in the digital transformation of the enterprise. Based on the above issues, this article suggests that agricultural enterprises attach great importance to employee training from a strategic perspective, regard it as an important component of long-term development planning, ensure the pertinence and practicality of course design through in-depth training needs research, and further enhance employees' learning enthusiasm and participation through a flexible training mode that combines online and offline, in order to effectively meet the skill needs in the process of digital transformation; In addition, enterprises also need to establish a comprehensive closed-loop management model, realizing systematic planning of the entire process from demand analysis, course design to effectiveness evaluation, introducing a scientific evaluation mechanism with key performance indicators (KPIs) as the core, comprehensively measuring training effectiveness and linking it with employee performance evaluation, in order to stimulate employees' learning motivation and self-improvement ability.

This article not only provides theoretical basis and practical reference for agricultural enterprises to optimize employee training under the background of digital transformation, but also proposes feasible ideas for similar enterprises to improve training effectiveness and innovate training forms. The aim is to comprehensively enhance employee skill levels through the construction of a sound training system, and provide solid support for Chinese agricultural enterprises to maintain competitive advantages in the wave of digital transformation.
