城市基础设施信息共享是智慧城市建设的一项重要内容，基础设施的管理和服务涉及多个行业和部门，缺少统一规划和监管、数据资料不全、行业标准不一致和共享机制不完善是我国基础设施建设面临的主要问题。建立集成的基础设施数据库，集中存储城市中海量的基础设施数据，在此条件上建立基础设施共享平台，实现信息共享，有利于城市中各部门之间的数据得到相互利用，方便社会各界人士对城市基础资料的获取。本文的研究工作主要进行了以下几个方面： （1）根据基础设施的特点和基础设施共享平台的内在要求，提出城市基础设施数据的分类及编码原则，进一步对基础设施数据进行了分类。在此基础上，设计城市基础设施数据库，包括数据库框架设计、数据库内容设计和数据库结构设计。 （2）阐述了共享平台与管理系统的区别，从而分析建设城市基础设施共享平台的必要性。根据对共享平台进行系统分析，进一步提出了基于SOA的基础设施共享平台体系架构。在此基础上，对基础设施共享平台的功能模块进行设计，包括信息显示模块、地图操作模块、查询功能模块、空间分析模块、输出功能模块、共享平台接口、门户网站、用户管理模块和数据库管理模块。 （3）针对白银市基础设施共享平台进行了具体的建设实践，包括数据的建设和共享平台的建设。数据的建设包括图形数据建设和属性数据建设。共享平台的建设根据ArcGIS组件式开发技术对共享平台进行了初步的功能实现，包括总体界面、信息显示模块、地图操作模块、查询功能模块、空间分析模块和输出功能模块。

Urban infrastructure sharing information is an important part in urban construction, infrastructure management and service related industries and sectors, it is the main problem in the construction of infrastructure that the lack of unified planning and supervision, data incomplete, inconsistent with industry standards and sharing mechanisms inadequate. To establish an integrated infrastructure database,storaging massive infrastructure data centralized, building infrastructure sharing platform on this condition,make information sharing believe, help the city get the data between the various departments refer to each other, to facilitate community get information on urban infrastructure. In this paper, the following research work: (1)According to the characteristics and the inherent requirements of infrastructure, infrastructure sharing platform proposed classification and coding principles of urban infrastructure data, further infrastructure data are classified. On this basis, the design of urban infrastructure database, including designing database framework, the database content design and database design. (2)Describe the difference between shared platform and management system,to analysis the necessity of the construction of urban infrastructure sharing platform. According analysis of the sharing platform system, and further proposed based SOA infrastructure sharing platform architecture. On this basis, to design a shared infrastructure platform function modules, including information display module, a map operation module, the query function module, spatial analysis module, output module, shared platform interface, portal, user management module and database management module. (3) Specific construction of Baiyin infrastructure sharing platform, including building construction and data sharing platform. Construction data includes graphic data and attribute data building construction. Construction of sharing platform based on ArcGIS component development technology platform to share the preliminary implementation of function, including the overall interface, information display module, map operation module, the query function module, spatial analysis module and output module.
