随着开采深度的增加,一系列工程灾害如煤与瓦斯突出、顶板垮落、底板突水等日益严重。石嘴山一矿是我国西北地区开采最深、地质环境最复杂的矿井之一,且属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,矿压显现非常剧烈,巷道底臌很严重,开采扰动影响也很严重,造成巷道支护困难,制约了矿井的正常接续,影响了安全生产。本论文以38区+600m轨道巷为研究对象,采用现场调查、室内岩石力学精细实验、数值分析与加固方案设计与优化等方法和手段,对其安全及稳定性控制问题进行了研究。
在对现场工程与地质特征全面调查分析的基础上,利用先进仪器与设备对砂岩、泥岩微观结构特征进行了实验和分析;进行了综合的巷道围岩收敛变形测量、矿山压力监测,综合分析力学特征与变形规律;对轨道巷周围包括构造异常与断层水探测进行综合探测,探放F11断层并疏放断层面的水及有害气体,为防止发生衍生动力灾害提供安全保障。基于上述综合分析研究的前提下,提出了锚、网、注浆的综合支护与加固控制方案、工艺和相关技术参数,并指导现场进行工业化试验与施工,增强巷道围岩的整体性,提高岩体的强度和围岩的自承能力,达到最终控制,从而解决了石嘴山一矿轨道巷的支护问题,有效的控制其变形,保障了开拓巷道在服务期内安全正常使用。

With increase of mining depth, a series of engineering catastrophes such as coal and gas burst, collapse of roof strata and water burst from floor strata are getting more and more frequent. Shizuishan Coal Mine is one of the deepest and most complex geologic environments in western China, and it has coal and rock burst prone, where stress distribution or pressure change and rock mass deformation seriously, excavation disturbing caused rockmass support difficultly.All of these constrained and influenced safety in production.
This paper aims the stability of the transporting-roadway locating 38 panel 600m level.In terms of some effective approaches, field investigation, laboratory experiment, numerical computation,etc., the research on stability and control way had been performed successfully. Fistly,comprehensive field investigation to engineering and geological characters and analysis.Then, utilizing some advanced apparatus and devices, high-level laboratory experiment on micro-structure, composited characteristics and mechanical properties of sandstone, mudstone had been performed. In addition,hybrid detection including tectonic abnormity,water-burst of fault, the observation on deformation of across-section, pressure monitoring, etc, in mining for rockburst risk assessment, the prone of dynaical hazard likelihoodly would be prevent. Furthermore, some important regularities have been succeeded.Finally,the bolt-net-injection reinforcement scheme and technical way,and corresponding reasonable parameters are confirmed and fulfilled the trial in the field。
