三维打印快速成型技术是目前最具有生命力的快速成型技术之一,它具有成型速度快、桌面化操作、可为产品内部添加色彩等优点。目前,美国和日本在该技术的开发研究方面处于领先地位。我国一些科研院所也开展了这方面的相关研究,但在彩色实体成型方面仍处起步阶段。因此,进行三维打印快速成型色彩添加方法的研究具有重要的意义。
本文主要研究了实体内部着色的色彩添加方法,设计了一种新的STL文件分层算法,算法滤掉重复的点并建立一种新的点、线、面的拓扑结构,且以此拓扑结构对实体进行分层,减少了重复存取次数,加快了分层速度;结合处理图形图像的色彩插值方法提出了三种适合于三维实体成型的色彩添加算法,三种插值算法可有效的实现色彩渐变过度,色彩渐变效果具有较好的平滑性和友好性,解决了实体内部着色问题;在对RGB和CMYK色彩显示理论进行深入研究分析的基础上,研究了 RGB转换为CMYK的转换过程,为喷头所需的点阵数据提供了数据转换方法,从而实现了上位机和下位机的数据转换问题;采用VC++6.0和OpenGL开发了可为层片添加色彩的软件模块,该模块具有两大功能,一是实现了STL文件数据处理,二是使用三种色彩渐变插值算法,为层片添加渐变的色彩,且三种插值方法都具有良好的插值效果。本研究为彩色三维打印快速成型技术的研究开发提供新途径。

Three Dimensional Printing (3D-Printing) is one of the most viable the rapid prototyping technology. It quickly prototypes , opetates on the desk and abundantly colorates to interior for product etc. Up to now, the key techniques of 3D-Printing is mainly controlled by Japan and America. Some of our universities and research institutes have studied on some related techniques, but researches on manufacturing the color entity are in a beginning stage, so it is important to research coloration methods of for 3 D-Printing.
This paper mainly researches and designs the coloration methods for interior of entity, design a new slicing arithmetic of the STL document , it filters out repeated points and establishs a sort of new topology structure about points,edges,facets, and on condition that uses the topology structure to slice the entity , and it can decreases repeated access times , speeds up slicing ; Combining the interpolation methods of figure and picture processing ,this paper puts forward the three more suitable coloration methods of entity , and these three methods can effectively realize the color gradually changing , the effect of the color gradually changing has more smooth and friendly peculiarity. Based on analyzing RGB and CMYK color theories, the process of transforming RGB datas into CMYK datas is deeply researched . It provides a data conversion method that printer need point array , thus realizes datas conversion from upper machine to lower machine. It adopts VC++6.0 and OpenGL tools to develop software that can colorate to each slice of entity . The software have two functions, firstly, it deals with datas of STL document and completes slicing ;secondly, it uses three interpolation method of color gradually changing to colorate to each slice , and three methods have excellent effect of interpolation. This research provides a new way for developing 3D-Printing.
