目前,用模注混凝土方法进行隧道或其他地下工程的施工中,模板主要采用的是钢模板,而模板的架设方式主要采用钢模台车架设为主。钢模板成本太高,虽然可以重复使用,但需要经过数百次的循环才能收回成本,而钢模台车体积庞大且极其笨重,不仅占据了大部分的隧道空间而且架设与移动都要消耗大量的人力及工时。本文主要研究如何使用预制混凝土模板取代传统的钢模板,并且使用锚杆悬吊的方式进行模板支撑。本文的技术要点是改变现有的隧道支护结构的施工方式,不使用钢模台车,并采用预制的混凝土模板代替钢模板。
对锚杆悬吊法进行模注混凝土施工进行结构设计与计算。
预制混凝土模板采用GRC薄板,即以水泥作为胶结料、细河砂为填充料、玻璃纤维为增强材料。通过多组试验,确定混凝土模板的水灰比与玻璃纤维掺入量。由于混凝土模板是脆性材料,侧压力过大会导致混凝土模板开裂,所以应控制混凝土模板的支撑间距,并在制作混凝土模板过程中增加了钢筋网片,来提高混凝土模板的抗弯、抗折性能。
以商漫高速公路近水沟隧道的现场试验为依据,详细阐述混凝土模板的制作工艺,以及采用锚杆悬吊的方式进行模注混凝土施工的工艺流程。本课题采用的锚杆悬吊的方式架设GRC混凝土模板,在模板架设的过程中极大的减少了人力和工时的损耗,节省时间和空间,也节约了成本。施工完成后,模筑混凝土与外部GRC模板、锚杆、托板共同作用,成为一个整体,共同作用成为隧道围岩的永久支护。

At present the most important is the template wooden template, followed by the steel template in the various housing construction. This article technical point is the change existing tunnel supports and protections structure construction way, the few uses or do not use the steel die trolley, and uses prefabricated the concretes template to replace the steel template.
