沸石分子筛是传统的吸附剂、离子交换剂和催化剂,用化学原料生成分子筛具有成本高、母液排放量大且污染环境等诸多弊端。本文作者在综合分析国内外有关沸石分子筛的合成与应用、形成机理、以及晶体生长理论等大量文献资料的基础上,采用陕西淳化某矿的伊利石为原料成功合成出了洗涤剂用4A沸石分子筛,并运用现代材料测试分析技术对伊利石廉价矿物原料水热合成法制备分子筛的形成机理和晶体形成影响因素进行了全面系统的研究,主要内容如下:
采用SEM、DTG、XRD现代手段通过对陕西淳化某矿伊利石的矿物化学组成、热稳定性、红外光谱等技术手段的分析,对其资源特性进行了评价,并根据其资源特性,对该种廉价矿物原料进行了加入纯碱碳酸钠煅烧活化预处理,使之成为合成沸石分子筛水热制备的合格原料。
以伊利石为原料采用水热合成法制备了合格的洗涤剂用4A沸石分子筛产品,并在大量实验研究的基础上,利用XRD、IR、DTG、SEM等手段对合成的产品进行测试与表征,系统考察了合成过程中的影响因素。深入探讨了矿物高温活化不同反应条件对矿物反应活化百分比的影响,活化反应熟料配比以及加入化合物的混合物组成和水热反应条件对4A沸石分子筛制备的影响,确定了4A型沸石分子筛水热制备的最佳工艺技术参数。为实现以伊利石为原料合成4A沸石分子筛的工业化提供了基础数据。
在大量水热法制备沸石分子筛的实验基础上,运用SEM和XRD分析对水热体系沸石晶粒的生长过程进行深入研究,揭示了水热法制备沸石分子筛的水热体系中发生了所谓的聚合生长理论,并建立了晶体生长模型。

As raw materials, adopting water to be hot to formate with illite legal system prepare against qualified detergent sift product with 4A zeolite member, and on the basis of studying in a large number of experiments, utilizing such means as XRD, IR , DTG , SEM ,etc. to test and signify the products that are formated, the system has been investigated to formate the influence factor in the course.
