针对现阶段椭圆软波导生产线各个生产环节不能同步调控,出现误差后调节周期长、反馈速度慢,对实时工作数据不能有效监控和整个生产环节对人工操作要求较高等现实问题,结合现有生产设备及生产环节,研制了一种以 PLC(可编程控制器)为控制核心的,包括实时监测,智能调节,远程操作,数据记录与处理等功能的计算机自动控制系统。
通过使用旋转编码器对各个生产环节多个速度参量的实时监测,以及闭环控制系统的设计,再将运算结果发送给变频器以控制电机的运转,从而保证各个生产环节协调运作,大大缩短了反馈调节的时间,提升了产品技术参数的稳定性。同时,整个系统还实时监测生产过程中,包括焊接气压,实际工作电压以及工作电流,并设置有相应的应变机制,确保了整个生产过程的智能化,不会因为人为的失误导致产品的质量无法保证,甚至产生安全隐患。系统通过PLC的AD模块,接收温度、压力等模拟量,通过PLC运算并控制响应报警或开关操作。
本系统上位机,不仅可以实时监测生产过程中的各项参数,并且能够对部分参数,在确定权限后,进行手动修改。同时,系统还可以对历史数据进行储存,并绘制相应的温度-时间,压力-时间等曲线图,方便管理者掌握整个生产线的工作状态。此外,随着科技的进步,移动终端如笔记本电脑,平板电脑等的广泛使用,现场控制已不能满足生产需求。因此本系统通过MCGS组态软件的网络发布功能,实现了通过网络对生产线进行监控。

According to the present situation of the Flexible Elliptical Waveguide production lines which have many problems including the long errors adjustment cycle is long, the implementation of data can not effectively monitoring and the production operation requires an experienced worker, and combined with the existing production equipment and production process, we made a system based on a series of PLC as control core, including real-time monitoring, intelligent control, remote operation, automatic control system, data recording and processing functions of the computer.
Through the use of rotary encoder for real-time monitoring of each production link multiple velocity parameter, and the design of closed loop control system, and the calculation results are sent to the frequency converter to control the operation of the motor, to ensure that all production coordination, greatly shorten the feedback regulation time, enhancing the stability of the technical parameters of product. At the same time, the system for real-time monitoring of the production process, including welding water pressure, welding air pressure, gel temperature, cooling water temperature, the actual working voltage and working current, and is provided with a strain corresponding mechanisms, to ensure that the intelligence of the whole production process so that Human errors will not lead to the failure of the product quality or even produce safety danger. System through the AD module of PLC, temperature, pressure and the received analog, and control alarm or switch operation through the PLC operation.
The computer system, not only can do the real-time monitoring parameters in the production process, and also can be part of parameters, in determining the permissions, manual modification. At the same time, the system can store historical data, and draw the corresponding temperature time, pressure time curves. Managers can master the working state of the production line. In addition, with the progress of science and technology, and the extensive use of the mobile terminal devices such as notebook computer and tablet computer, field control can not meet the production requirement. Therefore the system through the MCGS configuration software web publishing function, realizes the monitoring of the production line through the network.
