输配电网作为电力系统的重要组成部分,完成电能的输送和分配,它的安全与稳定将直接影响人民生活水平乃至整个国民经济的发展。输、配电网具有节点多、范围广、数据量大等特点,而其系统规划、运行维护、仿真研究等又依赖于各种分析计算。该类型分析计算单凭人工难以完成。因此,结合当前输配电网实际情况,开发出一款通用性、可扩展性、交互性强的新型输配电网分析平台(软件)具有重要意义。 为了提高电网分析软件的通用性、可扩展性及交互性,遵循IEC61970公共信息模型CIM对电力信息资源分层次建模;遵循IEC61970标准组件接口规范CIS设计平台数据访问接口;采用微软公司窗体通信框架WCF构建平台C/S通信。首先,对CIM、CIS内容进行了分析总结,并根据电网实际分析需求,提出了采用瘦客户端模式(C/S模式)的平台基本架构,并依次对其数据库、数据访问接口、通信相关做了说明;其后,按照IEC61970标准内容顺序,依次对数据访问公共服务CS、通用数据访问服务GDA和高速数据访问服务HSDA进行了详细设计;最后阐述了如何采用WCF技术构建平台客户端与服务端之间的通信方式。 在Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 .NET平台下用C#语言编写数据访问及通信原型程序以及客户端与服务端窗体应用程序,并将其和后台内存数据库(FastDB)及持久数据库(Microsoft SQL Server 2008)组件进行连接;通过客户端对某地区实际输配电网的结构数据进行编辑。编辑过程表明,客户端能快速准确地对服务器中存储的数据进行增、删、改、查操作,验证了数据访问服务组件的正确性和有效性。

Transmission and distribution grid is an important part of electric power system, which is in charge of transmitting and distributing electric power. The security and stability of the grid will directly influence the development of people's living standard and even the entire national economy. Transmission and distribution grid has many nodes, wide range and a large amounts of data, and the system planning, operation maintenance, simulaiton research or other study of the grid are all rely on the kinds of analyses and calculations. Thus, it's difficult to complete them only by manual work. Therefore, combining the practical situation of the current power grid to design and develop a new type of grid analysis platform with strong universality, good expansibility and high interaction ability is great significant. In order to improve the universality, expandability and interactivity of grid analysis softwares, model the electric power resources information hierarchically by following the Common Information Model in IEC61970 standard; Design the data access interface of the paltform by following the Component Interface Specification in IEC61970 standard; Establish the C/S communication of the paltform by using the Windows Communication Foundation of Microsoft. First of all, summarized the content of CIM and CIS, and according to the analysis demand of the actual power grid, put forward the platform basic architecture used the model of thin client (C/S model), and illustrated the platform's database, data access interface and the communicaiton successively. Secondly, analysed and designed the data access interfaces according to the IEC61970 content order in detailed, including Common Services, Generic Data Access, High Speed Data Access. Finally, elaborated how to establish the C/S communication of the paltform by using the WCF. The prototype programs of data access and communication as well as the client and server forms application were written by c # in .NET platform of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, and then connected to the databases, including Memory Database (FastDB) and Historical Database (Microsoft SQL Server 2008). Next, I edited the structure data of the actual distribution network in a given area by the Client. The editing processes showed that the Client can rapidly and accurately query and update the data which stored in the Server. The correctness and the effectiveness of data access service components were verified by the results.
