煤矿作为推动社会经济发展的重要产业,安全生产是其可持续发展的前提。研究表明,矿工不安全行为是造成煤矿事故的重要原因之一。目前研究者多关注个体不安全行为,而忽视了对个体不安全行为之间互动与传染现象的研究。本文以矿工群体为对象,对其不安全行为的产生及传染机制进行研究,建模分析了矿工不安全行为的传染规律和特点,并对矿工不安全行为的发生及传染提出预防与控制对策。 首先,通过文献调研和访谈研究,总结矿工不安全行为传染的影响因素,开发矿工不安全行为传染影响因素测量量表;选取柠条塔、小保当和红柳林等三个具有代表性的煤矿发放测量量表,量表回收后采用SPSS25.0进行项目分析及信效度分析,结果表明问卷的整体信效度良好;最终采用探索性因子分析法确定矿工不安全行为传染的影响因素指标体系。 其次,通过分析矿工不安全行为传染影响因素及其传染方式之间的相关关系,提出本文的研究假设,构建矿工不安全行为传染影响因素的结构方程模型,并运用AMOS24.0对模型进行分析拟合,验证了研究假设。结果表明:任务及安全用具不方便程度、重要人物的影响程度均与矿工不安全行为的传染正相关;矿工自身的安全素养、煤矿的安全工作氛围、群体成员的关系密切程度、矿工处罚制度的完善情况均与矿工不安全行为的传染负相关;矿工不安全行为的示范模仿与感染从众正相关。 最后,采用风险矩阵法确定矿工不安全行为传染风险模块的风险等级,得出任务及安全用具不方便程度、矿工自身的安全素养、煤矿的安全工作氛围、矿工处罚制度的完善情况、重要人物的影响情况、群体成员的关系密切程度的风险等级量化值分别为4.020、0.870、1.502、1.706、1.508、0.185,风险等级分别为高级、低级、中级、中级、中级、低级。在此基础上,针对感染从众和示范模仿两种传染方式,提出了矿工不安全行为传染的预防与控制对策。本文对矿工不安全行为的科学管控提供指导和依据,有利于提高矿工行为安全管理的水平。

As an important industry to promote social and economic development, coal production is a prerequisite for its sustainable development. Studies have shown that unsafe behavior of miners is one of the important causes of coal mine accidents. At present, researchers pay more attention to the unsafe behavior of individuals, but ignore the research on the interaction and infection between individual unsafe behaviors. This paper takes the miners as the object, studies the generation and infection mechanism of unsafe behavior, models and analyzes the infection law and characteristics of unsafe behavior of miners, and proposes corresponding control measures for the occurrence of unsafe behavior of miners and the risk of infection. Firstly, through literature research and interview research, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of unsafe behavioral infection of miners, designs and compiles the measurement scale of influencing factors of unsafe behavior of miners; selects three representative groups such as Caragana, Xiaobaodang and Hongliulin. The coal mine issued the measurement scale. After the scale was recovered, SPSS25.0 was used for project analysis and reliability and validity analysis. The results showed that the overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire was good. Finally, the exploratory factor analysis method was used to determine the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of miners. 6 dimensions and 24 indicators. Secondly, by analyzing the correlation between the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of miners and their infection patterns, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis, constructs the structural equation model of the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of miners, and analyzes the model with AMOS24.0. Combined, validated the research hypothesis. The results show that the degree of inconvenience of tasks and safety equipment and the degree of influence of important people are positively related to the infection of unsafe behavior of miners; the safety literacy of miners themselves, the safe working atmosphere of coal mines, the close relationship of group members, and the punishment system of miners The perfect situation is negatively related to the infection of unsafe behavior of miners; the demonstration of unsafe behavior of miners is positively related to infection. Finally, the risk matrix method is used to determine the risk level of the unsafe behavioral infection risk set of miners, and the inconvenience of tasks and safety tools, the safety literacy of the miners themselves, the safe working atmosphere of the coal mines, the perfection of the miners’ punishment system, and the important figures The quantified values of the risk levels affecting the situation and the closeness of the group members are 4.020, 0.870, 1.502, 1.706, 1.508, and 0.185, respectively, and the risk levels are advanced, low, intermediate, intermediate, intermediate, and low. On this basis, the prevention and control measures for the unsafe behavioral infection of miners are proposed for the infection and herding and imitating the two modes of infection. This paper provides guidance and basis for the scientific management of unsafe behavior of miners, which is conducive to improving the level of miners' behavioral safety management.
